This is our Maui home when we can be there. It has been continuously updated with tropical and oriental décor. The kitchen counters are ceramic tile, the entry and kitchen floors are marble. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.
The front bedroom opens to the lanai or patio, with sliding glass doors, has a California king bed and it's own bath. It is separated from the main area with hotel suite type double doors. The living and dining rooms open to the lanai with sliding glass doors. The master bedroom also has a California king bed, and leads into the bath and vanity.We continually update the furnishings.
We are located in the center of the 10 Fairway of the Kapalua Bay course, just steps from the pool which has a golf course side entry. Kapalua beach is just down the road and Napili beach, our favorite, is just to the left.
We learned that the golf rates have been leveled, so if you are a resort guest, there is one rate. $208+tax for the Plantation (reg $268) and $183 for the Bay Course (reg $218)

The Unique Benefits at this Condo: We like to walk out to the golf path in front of our Lanai for the sunset. It is so peaceful you feel as if you are the only people there. Just after actual sunset a cool breeze comes down the mountain (I assume thermals). The sunset is often dramatic.We are about the level of the cart path, so one can walk down to the clubhouse and Pineapple Grill.
