This is our Maui home when we can be there. It has been continuously updated with tropical and oriental décor. The kitchen counters are ceramic tile, the entry and kitchen floors are marble. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.
The front bedroom opens to the lanai or patio, with sliding glass doors, has a California king bed and it's own bath. It is separated from the main area with hotel suite type double doors. The living and dining rooms open to the lanai with sliding glass doors. The master bedroom also has a California king bed, and leads into the bath and vanity.We continually update the furnishings.
We are located in the center of the 10 Fairway of the Kapalua Bay course, just steps from the pool which has a golf course side entry. Kapalua beach is just down the road and Napili beach, our favorite, is just to the left.

The Golf Villas are peaceful and protected from the weather. We first owned at Napili Point and enjoy the quiet and protection from the tradewinds, and the air conditioning.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We like to walk out to the golf path in front of our Lanai for the sunset. It is so peaceful you feel as if you are the only people there. Just after actual sunset a cool breeze comes down the mountain (I assume thermals). The sunset is often dramatic.We are about the level of the cart path, so one can walk down to the clubhouse and Pineapple Grill.

What a superb property in beautiful Maui! The owners have thought of our every comfort, and we can think of nothing that needs improvement. The view over the 10th fairway of the Bay Course was beautiful, even at 0500 when jet lag got us started on our day earlier than usual. The villa is well and tastefully furnished; the appliances are of superior quality; the master bathroom is fabulous; and having Internet access much appreciated. We used the resort shuttle (included in rental fee) to attend the Tournament of Champions at the Plantation Course which is also a part of the Kapalua Resort, and that was very convenient. The pool is located just a couple of villas away .. a 1-minute walk. Excellent gas BBQs are located there and we used them several times. All in all, we can highly recommend this villa to prospective renters. Mega thanks to the owners for making their holiday home available to us.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. There is no way to describe the beauty with pictures. This unit was updated and in a perfect location. We were able to have our coffee in the morning overlooking the tenth fairway of the Bay Course or take a short walk and have breakfast at the clubhouse. There is multiple access to the beach within walking distance. All the beach necessities were included with the unit (chairs, boogie boards, noodles, etc....) This unit far exceeded any of my expectations and we have already started planning our next trip there. The owners are extremely easy to work with. Mahalo

We have stayed in several condos at Kanapali. This was by far and above the most spectacular one we have stayed in to date. It was clean, quiet, VERY well appointed and walking distance to everything. They even sent us a package of extremely useful information and restaurant recommendations that were right on the money! I highly recommend this condo!

We spent a wonderful week at the Villa in January this year during the Kapalua Tournament of Champions. Everything was perfect. The villa itself is all that you could ask for. We were so glad that we had a ground floor villa meaning we could walk out the door on to the 10th fairway. It is also within easy walking distance to the beach and Pineapple Grill restaurant. Our whole experience was positive: from the ease of reservation, to the quality of info provided and the beauty of the Kapalua resort and surroundings. We can't wait to return.

For a home away from home, this is a great place. They have lots of beach chairs etc. Nice furniture throughout and well maintained. Everyone will appreciate the spaciousness. With two bathrooms you can easily manage two couple or children without getting in each others way.

We felt immediatly at home when we entered this lovely and well maintained villa in Feb. 2007. It was spacious and private and we did not hear noise from any other guests during our stay. The lanai faces west so we could enjoy the 10th hole of the Bay course as well as the sunset in the evening. I appreciated the amenities provided in the kitchen (even has a spice rack) we did not want for a single gadget. The villa is also close to many great beaches and restaurants. We have been to Maui before...this is definitly the way to go!
