Location: Kapalua Golf Villas, Kapalua, West Maui, Maui, Hawaii, USA (North of Lahaina and Kaanapali)

This is our Maui home when we can be there. It has been continuously updated with tropical and oriental décor. The kitchen counters are ceramic tile, the entry and kitchen floors are marble. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room.
The front bedroom opens to the lanai or patio, with sliding glass doors, has a California king bed and it's own bath. It is separated from the main area with hotel suite type double doors. The living and dining rooms open to the lanai with sliding glass doors. The master bedroom also has a California king bed, and leads into the bath and vanity.We continually update the furnishings. We used the Kapalua Villas rental program fron its inception ( 1991) until October 2006, but now only rent direct.
We are located in the center of the 10 Fairway of the Kapalua Bay course, just steps from the pool which has a golf course side entry. Kapalua beach is just down the road and Napili beach, our favorite, is just to the left.
