Our gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-1/2 bath townhome is located at Nihilani at Princeville, a spectacular new resort with award-winning plantation-style townhomes. Set in a lush garden setting and just steps from the resort’s tropical pool and poolside lounging area, our spacious, 1,875-square-foot home is it’s own destination, where you can retreat into a relaxed Hawaiian lifestyle in comfort and style.
Set in the very heart of Kauai’s fabled North Shore region, one of the most dramatically beautiful places in all the world, our luxurious townhome is truly immaculate and is lovingly furnished in contemporary Hawaiiana style. It can be your base for all the activities Kauai offers, including golf, tennis, kayaking, hiking, exploring, beachin’ it, or enjoying one of the nearby luxury spas. Or our townhome can be it’s own relaxing destination where you can happily hang out at the resort’s inviting pool or on your private veranda all day if you so desire.
The master bedroom is an oasis in itself with magnificent views of the fabled “Bali Hai” mountain peak off it’s private deck. It also has its own private master bath with jacuzzi tub, and large walk-in closets.
Each of the other two bedrooms are also exquisitely apointed with queen beds, hawaiiana touches and tropical views. An open den serves as either an office, including computer and internet access, or additional sleeping space for two, with a rattan daybed with a pull out trundle to create two twins. Altogether, the townhome will sleep eight people.
The fully-equipped designer kitchen has tasteful granite counters, shaker wood cabinets, and a large dining table to accomodate 10 people. Though airconditioning is available, it is not even necessary. Just open the doors and sliders, and the ceiling fans and breezy trade winds provide natural cooling. An attached garage offers direct access to the house.
Everything you need to make your vacation perfect is supplied, including all towells, linens and kitchen supplies, as well as snorkeling gear for guests to use.
Within walking distance is world-class golf, beautiful tennis courts, and some of the most romantic beaches and coves tucked into Princeville’s cliffs. Just a few minutes stroll away is the St. Regis Princeville - formerly the Princeville Hotel - which just reopened after a major makeover to give it a fully Hawaiian flavor, and where you can go to enjoy its breathtaking views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai peak while sipping an exotic cocktail. A luxury spa with massages and health treatments is also offered by the resort. Quaint Hanalei Town - bordering awesome Hanalei Bay - is a short 10-minute drive away, offering shopping and a variety of eateries, from small home-town cafes, to elegant dining.
