  Fabulous lay-out. Lots of room with every thing possible that one could possibly need. Close to John's Pass. Right on the beach. Great heated pool with lots of loungers. Clean and great value for money. All photos shown on the file are totally accurate. Owner was terrific and helped us - although everything was perfect. I would have no hesitation recommending this property - it was brilliant.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

  Property as per description, all amenities taken care of including, use of laptop & internet, daily newspaper, free long distance calls. Very clean and all was in working order. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to relax by the beach and see some great sunsets.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children.

  This property was better than promised. We have stayed at many condos, gigantic beach houses, and international resorts. This unit was amazing. Spacious and clean. Some really thoughtful amenities - the laptop worked great (no Microsoft Office Suite so can't open excel files but who needs excel when you're on vacation anyway!). The kitchen was really well appointed with a blender, toaster, nice cookware, and even resealable containers to save our leftovers throughout the week. Refrigerator exceptionally clean. The beds were so comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, blankets - whatever you need to fall into a nice deep sleep. Ceiling fans kept it cool, and tiled entry way gave a space to drop sandy beach towels or bags. Easy to vacuum up with the sweeper in the bedroom closet which kept sand from getting tracked into carpets and underfoot. We walked barefoot inside all week and our feet were clean the whole time! A bathroom on each floor meant that 3 girls had plenty of space to get ready. The large dinette was situated comfortably within view of the TV or outside, whatever we wanted. The condo complex was very nice. The pool was refreshing and clean, the beach was literally right off the pool area and we did not get exhausted carrying stuff to the shoreline like we have experienced in other properties advertised as being "on the beach". For small children, or families who love to go back and forth from the beach to the pool or condo (like ours) this was perfect. The laundry room was right around the corner from unit 343 on the third floor, and we could hear when the dryer stopped - just like at home - so we could get our beach towels washed and dried easily on a regular basis. Loads are only $1 each for washer and dryer and an unusual feature in a coin op dryer is that it was powerful enough to dry the load in only one cycle. I find it comforting to know that I go home with clean clothes rather than a pile of dirty laundry, so this was important to me. The reason we chose the area was the walking proximity to Johns Pass and we did not regret that. My teenaged daughters could walk across the street to shop or get an ice cream as they pleased. The drivers are extremely courteous in the crosswalk and it was very safe. The owners were so accomodating, even calling to make sure we had the route from the airport to the condo down pat. He was available for any questions and very helpful and sweet. We can't wait to go back!

  What a great experience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly. This was the first time we ever rented a condo and we will definitely visit again. Great restaurants walking distance; definitely check out the Candy Kitchen for their homemade icecream. Enjoyed our meals on the patio overlooking the ocean.

  The unit is clean, tidy, orderly and has all the amenities and needs to start the day right and well. The managing staff is respectful, accommodating and helpful. The owner himself is always available and accommodating as well. He and his wife are helpful and considerate. The location is perfect, right on the beach with heated pool and just across John's Pass. There's nothing you could ask for. It's just excellent with excellent amenities.
