With only two oceanfront buildings that can be privately owned, this is by far the best there is. No one wants to cross a busy street or deal with the traffic to get to the sand.
The "Sky Penthouse" is an amazing million dollar two bedroom, luxury executive penthouse located on the oceanfront of Waikiki Beach. This unit has recently been totally, and we mean totally, remodeled from the bare studs up to create a sophisticated, elegant yet tropical retreat that is unsurpassed in Waikiki.
This amazing unit has Italian travertine floors throughout, gorgeous gourmet kitchen with custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. The large livingroom has raised nine foot ceilings faux painted with the sky, hence the name "The Sky Penthouse". Custom Maple/Cherry entertainment center and wall unit in the living room come equipped with flat screen High Definition cable TV, stereo, DVD and a reading library of books.
The built-in work station is perfect for travelling businessmen who want to do some work with the free wireless high speed internet while watching the whales pass outside the unit length windows and balcony. The couch is also a queen-size sofa-bed for extra guests and the dining room has a expandable Japanese dining table for those who like to entertain.

Thanks for considering the incredible "SKY PENTHOUSE" at the Ilikai. I own some fantastic properties that I love to share with my guests and when you are in one of my properties, the first thing you will feel is the great care we take in creating a perfect enviroment for our guests and our quality shows. I own penthouses in Waikiki, Vancouver, Myrtle Beach, and luxury estates in Kauai, Las Vegas and Arizona, not to mention my new 3 million dollar Trump Waikiki unit. I also am the booking agent for 70+ units at the Ilikai so if you need help finding that perfect unit, just let me know.
Why the Owner Chose Ilikai Hotel Condos
The Ilikai is what we call "loation, loctaion, location" in the investment business. There are only 2 oceanfront condo buildings in Waikiki and this is by far the best. Even Trump Tower is not oceanfront like the Ilikai. BTW, I also have a 3 million unit there also.
The Unique Benefits of this Penthouse - Condominium
Only penthouse units have insuite laundry rooms. No lugging dirty laundry to the public laundry rooms and spending $2 a load. The "Sky Penthouse" also has raised ceilings with custom faux sky paintings that add wonderful openness to the unit and we are the only unit I know of at the Ilikai that has actual central air conditioning. And best of all, no views compete with being on the 26th floor.
