  We really enjoyed our time here. Diane was very helpful with tips etc. Lei Leis restaurant by the golf course has amazing food! We got lost on the way to the secluded beach and walked way up North on the beach. However I think the monk seal was sunbathing where the beach was. How cool is that? Snorkeling was great, right at the Turtle Bay beach. There was snorkeling equipment, flippers and a boogie board on the porch. My daughter and husband were also able to play tennis as there was equipment for that too. The condo is great and the pool was nice. I would highly recommend this condo for your trip. It was great for kids and even for two couples. It was our favorite place on our whole trip. We never even thought about using the air since the breeze was great and there are lots of fans. Thanks Diane!!

  diane was amazing very easy to deal with .. place is perfect had the best time stayed for 21 days . cant wait to come back my kids came out for a week stayed on the loft it was perfect . turtle bay is my favorite place in all of hawaii thank you diane .... dave

  I spent 4 days on Kauai, hiking and kayaking. By the time I got to the condo at Turtle Bay, I did alot of nothing, and it was wonderful. Turtle Bay is a beautiful resort, and the town of Haliewa is very relaxing. The North Shore itself is amazing. After snorkeling and stopping by the shrimp trucks, I would come back to the condo and open the sliding glass doors and relax to a nice cross breeze. There is nice hiking on the resort, but I enjoyed not being in a rush and enjoying the breeze and the view.

• Paradise in Oahu

  We stayed at Dianes place for 9 days week of May 24,2012. This part of North Shore is amazing and the property is in a excellent location, we could walk to beach , swim (very quiet pool) have dinner at turtle bay, drinks at the outdoor bar all within walking distance. We traveled to Honolulu 2 times and each time my grandson (9yrs old) just wanted to go back to the "quiet place" . Plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 1 child. Clean (no bugs at all), cute decor, great view of golf course. Wifi was great got some work done at my leisure. It was rough planning our trip we had several obstacles before we left to go there but Diane was very helpful and patient with us. I would love to spend time there again next summer. Could not have asked for a better , more convenient location.. North Shore is absolutley the place to be. Matsimotos Shaved ice is the best you can find there!! Leonardos restraunt is great Italian food and American Cuisine.. Food trucks AMAZING!.. Teds Bakery absolutley the best.. Thanks Diane hope to see you next year!

  We had a really great vacation. The condo was wonderful - clean, quite,comfortable and decorated nicely. Our family, which includes 2 teenage boys made great use of the tennis courts and the swimming pool - as well as the beautiful beach at Turtle Bay. Our boys brought their own tennis rackets - but didn't need to - as those were available in the condo. We spent time all around the island but it was always nice coming back to Turtle Bay - and the condo - at night. Diane, the owner, was really great to work with. About a month before we arrived, she sent a packet with instructions, directions and with really great information regarding fun things to do in the area. Thanks Diane!

  My wife and I stayed in this Condo for 10 days in October. We love the North Shore of Ohau, and this was the perfect place to stay. The unit has everything you could want. The location was perfect. The furnishings are very well maintained. The only problem we had was the washer/dryer broke down the first day of our stay. It was an inconvience, since we only brought clothes for 5 days. The owner's housekeeper said she would come and pick up our laundry and do it at her house, but we told her that we would manage on our own. Diane, the owner of the condo said she would try to have the washer/dryer replaced during our stay, but couldn't arrange for the replacements. We would definitly stay at this condo again.

I didnot realize the washer and dryer went out.The repair man who came the day after it was reported said the dryer still worked and my people could have used the washer if they put it on small loads only. I did replace the washer and dryer as soon as possible out on the North Shore.Had to buy a $2000.00 unit to get it inside of a weeks time. Most expensive set I have ever bought. Had to do it or wait for 2 weeks without. Sorry you left one day early or you would have been able to use and see the state of the Art Washer Dryer Unit I put in. Thanks Again for the write up.   We got a deal from the owner on a fill-in week. We were really wanting 10 days, but took the 7 she had at this rate. We were not sorry we did. We live in Honolulu, and had not had a vacation in several years. We found this rental perfect for a laid-back, country vacation. The owner keeps the property up well, and has all the tools you need to cook a feast every night. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, as was the 2-level accommodations. Plenty of room for our family of three to all have private time plus family time. There is original art from a known Hawaii artist in the unit. We used the BBQ at the pool several evenings, though we ate inside the unit. Furnishings are comfortable and casual, but nice, and not fussy. The lanai was large. The pool was nice, and the beach at TBR offers parking passes free for 40 guests at a time, so we were able to lug beach chairs provider by the owner, and our cooler. We splurged on a meal at 21 Degrees North for our final evening, and it was as good as the best in Honolulu. My lobster was better than Alan Wong's and that is really saying something. Markets are 4 or 5 miles in either direction, and Ted's Bakery is a must. Easy to visit Pipeline from here for a sandier beach. Need a car. Nice microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Comfortable beds and pillows, and nice water pressure in both baths. Sole complaint: the owner has provided so much kitchen equipment that there is nowhere to store shelf staples but the counter. It's a small price to pay for a wonderful place to stay.

  If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and spacious place to stay on the north side of Oahu you just found it. The owner knows her stuff and is quick to respond to your every question and will work to accommodate your needs. The condo is beautifully decorated and set in a truly beautiful surrounding. I don’t think my wife and I could have made a better choice for a condo in North Oahu. We actually had the pleasure of meeting the owner (Diane) and she is a terrific person. Enjoy your stay and have fun.

  Our stay at Diane's Condo was excellent and you will enjoy your stay. The Condo was better than we expected and our stay was outstanding. The view was gorgous and make sure you have your camera.   Turtle Bay is the best place to stay! This condo is decorated so cute! There are so many treasures she has collected to decorate the place. She got us a crib and was very helpful. It was very clean. She has a cute extra fold out bed that my kids loved! The bus stops there if you don't have a car. She was very good at directing you to fun things to do including private cove. In all she goes out of her way to work out things so you will have a nice stay! Thanks for a great time on the North Shore!
