Why the Owner Chose Turtle Bay
The reason I bought this one is because it was Totally upgraded and it is free of bugs. my new boy friend could not stand some of the older units. Many cocaroaches and critters. he being from California did not like this. my house on the ocean was not good enough for him because of the elements. Also this place is much more secure than many. being in the locked complex is great and also on the second floor.

I have lived in Hawaii since 1966. Went there on a Honeymoon and loved it. Married a surfer and lived on the beach at Pipline for 20 years. I had a fine Art Gallery called the Artist Guild in the Ward Warehouse until the early 1990"s. Love decorating and buying Antiques. Presently live in Santa Maria, California and can not wait to sell property here to get back to the Islands. When over there in My Beautiful Unit I go for long walks and find many of the things hanging up out on the beach. old Fishing floats, ropes, sea glass, shells and such.
Love to have any suggestions for my place. But I do not think it can get much nicer!
