Based on the waterfront we have three luxury two-bedroom villas, and access to a 3 bedroom villa and 1 four bedroom villa with decking and finger pier (two villas knocked into one), alongside one another and ideal for holiday rental. They are fully air conditioned with the very spacious lounge/dining rooms each having their own TV, DVD
These photographs are some six months old and we have now upgraded the patios to include ‘cooling off showers’ etc and have many paintings etc on the walls of the villas. In addition to this, we are currently refurbishing a three bedroom and 4/5 bedroom villa with large finger pier mooring also at Jolly Harbour. Unfortunately these are not yet finsihed and therefore I do not have any photographs
Each villa has a 5-metre side on mooring, it may be possible to utilise the full 20 metres of all 4 villas if required, we would however first have to check with the tenants of the other Villas. In addition to this all villas have newly refurbished patios with outdoor shower facilities to cool off.
Our villas are based on the North finger, they are nicely positioned with beautiful views of the mountains from the rear and front, and there is also a nice grass area opposite the front of the villas. In addition to this, the beautiful secluded North Finger beach is within a couple of minutes walking distance.
The villas were recently totally refurbished, which included new patio doors, new kitchens and kitchen appliances and fully repainting both internally and externally. Each villa has been decorated to a high standard using exclusively furniture, beds, curtains, leather sofas, crockery, cutlery, and bed linens purchased and shipped from the UK.
We have provided Zip & Link beds and the appropriate bedding in the spare room of each villa so that they can be configured for either 2 x single beds or 1 x Super King Size bed, in addition to this, a cot can also be provided on request.
All villas have cable TV coupled with a password protected secure wireless broadband connection. (Broadband can be booked for an additional USD35.00 per week)
