This condo had beautiful finishes. I loved the short walk to the beach and the convenience of the pool. This was one the cleanest condos and beaches I've been to. At the beach we saw a variety of birds, sting ray and dolphins! The beds were comfy and I enjoyed a soak in the large Jacuzzi tub to relax. Bring your bikes for a short leisure ride to the cute town of Seaside is a must!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at this property in June 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The property was very neat and clean, looked just like the photos, and suited our needs perfectly. Stephen was very easy to work with in making the arrangements, and offered to help us with any area info we might need. The beach was a short walk away, and the complex was quiet and peaceful. I have kept all the info on this property for our next trip to the beach.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The best thing about this property is that it is perfect for the family, not too crowded. The sand is so white, it almost looks like snow drifts. It is quiet, and there are plenty of things to do, wonderful places to eat, relax and enjoy some really good dining. The pool is beautiful and convenient and there is great shopping, biking and sidewalks to walk. It is a great place to forget about all your worries and just relax
