Black Lake Side Condos were built in 2004 with the top of the line construction. The condos give a real vacation feel. One condo is the larger of the two for rent, bi-weekly or bi-monthly, it has everything from granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, laundry, and two full bathrooms in which has a great jetted tub, located on the upper level, that you can get to and from either through your garage stairway or simply, the elevator!
The smaller condo is also top notch. It too has a beautiful layout, with garage and located on the lower level, with two bathrooms, two bed rooms, and a great view of Black Lake.
