  We can't say enough about this property~~~we stayed about the same time last year as this year and it was just as spectacular. This summer we rented the cottage along with the beach house. Everything is just as pictured on the website, absolutely beautiful and clean. My grandchildren had an amazing time swimming and collect shells. My husband who didn't make it last year, did this year and couldn't believe the beautifulness of the Ft. Myers beach area, the property and shear relaxation that he experienced. Thank you once again....Oh Tom is an amazing property manager, such a helpful, friendly man. We are already planning next summer.

  What a beautiful relaxing place. We stayed in the beach house which was perfect for our family of 4. My grandson loved the fact he could go in and out of the house at his leisure to avoid the heat when necessary. The fact that you have a private beach area that is amazingly clean and not worry about a 4 yr. old playing was such a blessing. Quiet, peaceful and clean. The owner Connie is great to work with. Can't wait to get back there again. JUST LOVED IT!!!

  This beautiful beach house was everything and more. We took my mom, our kids and boxers. My mom enjoyed sunbathing and the ocean. The kids had smores around the bonfire with dad. The dogs loved running up and down the beach playing ball or catching frisbe.Dad had wonderful siesta under the palm tree. The sandbars were amazing and gave us a chance to see the different types of animals and shells in the sea. As for me besides enjoying everything those morning strolls along the beach with the Hubby were spectacular ...And last buy not least Owner of property very helpful. I would definitely recommend this vacation. hope to do this again next year.

  Our vacation at the Beach House was one of our BEST vacations. We took 5 teenagers with us and the description and the pictures are exactly what the Beach House is. Everything is within walking distance beach of course right out your door, so no getting up and out the door at 8:00am to get your spot on the beach. Parasailing, volleyball, shopping, etc. We definitely plan on renting again!

  We have had the opportunity to stay at this rental property several times. We love it! The location is great, you can walk Fort Myers beach for miles! There are local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The facility is very well maintained - very clean and fresh looking! There are several things you can do on the beach: jet ski, parasailing , shopping, you can also rent bikes or scooters. It truly is a great get away location. I would definitely recommend this to other friends and families. It is a great vacation place!!

  We found this little piece of paradise three years ago and fell in love with it! The area where the Beach House and Cottage are located is gated, which provides some nice privacy. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet just blocks to Time Square where all the action is. The beaches are full of activities to keep you busy during the day (parasailing, jetskiing, etc.). Since it is just two of us, we have rented the Beach Cottage, which fits our needs perfectly. It is bright and airy feeling and well-maintained. You walk off the deck right into the soft, white sand that takes you directly out to the beach. The owners have been fabulous to work with, and we are already booked for next year ... and counting the days. I would highly recommend this property and area for anyone looking for fun and relaxation. It doesn't get any better than this in paradise!
