Welcome to our award winning Seaside IV - Beach Cottages Condominium, located in the West Coast of Florida Clearwater area!

Seaside IV is a state of the art luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath newly furnished beach front condo. It has panoramic views of the Gulf, beach, and pool areas. The home has a grand living room, fireplace, fully equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops, breafkast bar and eat in room, formal dining area, and fully equipped laundry area. It also has a wide veranda with patio furniture for watching the gorgeous Gulf sunsets . The home is fully furnished with Ralph Lauren British Indies furniture and Tommy Bahama accessories.

The oceanview master suite has a King bed with a private master bath with jacuzzi tub and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom suite includes two queen beds and a large closet.

We also have private, reserved parking areas for your safety and convenience.

We are a 15 minute drive South of the Clearwater Beach/Pier 60 area,with close and convenient access to the I-75 freeway, fabulous restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Only 45 minutes away from Busch Gardens and Lowry Park Zoo.

  • Great place for a family vacation. We had the most fun just staying at the condo and playing on the beach. The condo, pool and grills where great. I hope to return soon.
