I just got back from staying this rental. What a great place. The Condo is in excellent condition. Huge Balcony. Lots of chairs to sit back and relax. Bedrooms are very comfortable and Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. NIce laundry room so easy to keep things dry and clean. Condo is close to everything. Enjoyed the Flora Bama/ Lu Lu' Bufett's Place. Grocery's and ABC Store close by. We came from Pennsylvania and I must say that the we will be back again and I will recommend this condo to everyone. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were kept nice and clean. Indoor pool/workout room/Sauna were very nice as well - even though we didnt use them... but many of the guests took advantage of it. There was security at gate and around pool area all day and night. Felt secure and safe. Our family had a fantastic time.

The condo met every expectation we had, being tastefully decorated. The balcony is the best as you can follow the sun all the way around. We would highly recommend this condo as the owners are very accommodating and will work with you. I would stay in any of their properties but this one has a special place in our hearts! Thanks you very much!

This was our second stay in this unit. Everything perfect! The Lighthouse is in a great location, the condo/unit is clean and in excellent condition. Rebecca (owner) is very accommodating and I feel very confident when renting from her and property. If available, I hope to again rent this unit upon our next visit to Gulf Shores. I will continue to contact Rebecca first when planning future visits.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. You guys have a beautiful condo. Lighthouse is a great place to stay if you have smaller kids because of the zero entry level pool. I would recommend everyone to stay here if they haven't had the chance to stay at the Lighthouse.

Two thumbs up! My wife and I rented this unit from Thanksgiving week through Christmas (2009). We had a wonderful stay. Great unit & location. This was our fifth year staying at the Lighthouse and most enjoyable. Thanks Rebecca!!

This is the BEST of the best. We have stayed in condos around the world and throughout the US, this is easily the finest furnished and maintained. The inside is beautiful, the deck is huge, and the view is interrupted. The beach is perfect, beautiful white sand no trace of the oil spill, none, nada. The sand and water are terrific. Enjoy the Wednesday Happy Hour with other tenants.

Dan and Rebecca- As usual your condo did not disappoint!! We had a wonderful time there with our family!!! You were right in saying that the views from this condo are GREAT and the space is unbelievable...even for a large family like ours we had plenty of room. The pools were really nice and Matthew enjoyed the workout room. It was a wonderful time to be down on the beach. I hope that we can repeat this again next year.

We were lucky enough to stay in Unit 1018 September 2009 and it was by far the best view of any condo we have stayed in. We normally vacation in Florida but now we will be visiting Gulf Shores more. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything you needed to make your stay relaxing. We had a problem with the sink leaking and the refrigerator cooling but once I let the owners know it was promptly fixed. We definetly will stay here again.

We have truly enjoyed each visit to Lighthouse #1018. This is our destination of choice when vacationing at Gulf Shores. The condo is clean, cheerful and spacious. The view from the balcony is something to behold, especially the sunrise and not to be outdone--the sunset. This year we had the pleasure of meeting Dan Higdon. A most gracious man willing to accommodate and please. We are looking forward to another vacation at Lighthouse #1018.

We loved our stay in this unit . The views are amazing and the balcony is unbelievable. It is decorated very nice and while we spent most of our time on the beach it was pleasant to have such a nice place to rest on our vacation. We have stayed with A1 Higdon several times now and all the condos are gorgeous.Wonderful to go straight to the room with no waiting at check in . There were 6 in our family and all had plenty of space.

We loved the condo #1018 at The Lighthouse, it was a pleasure to stay there. We had guests with us from the United Kingdom and they thought it was wonderful to be right on the Beach and said everything was awesome.We would love to stay again and it is a treat to rent from Rebeeca and Dan.

Wow! Our vacation was a last minute thing and our luck was with us to get such a great place. The views from the balcony were the best, however, it gets better, the view from the fabulous master bedroom. You wake up everyday to a beautiful view and sun rise. The master bedroom bath was great place to relax after a super day on the beach and pool. My kids could not get enough of the pools and hot tubs. The exercise workout room was the best, it kept me on track. I cannot say enough positive things, we will be back.

We have stayed in 1018 the last week in February for 08 and 09. Both stays were great. So much room and comfort. The parking is very good and convenient. This week is for my husband's sister (a widow) and she loves 1018. The balcony and the view is really awesome, so much to see from one spot. We can feel so close to God while on the balcony. We have stayed from Thanksgiving to the third week of February in the Lighthouse 1018 for the past three winters. You will never find a condo that is so well equipped and decorated as nice as this one is. We love it. We have friends visit us that say they have stayed in nice condo's before, but nothing like this one. Since the condo is a corner unit you have the most wonderful view you could ever imagine. We stayed in 1018 in October during our Fall Break. It was so pretty. We had plenty of room. The furnishings were awesome. I could not have been more pleased. We plan to try and book it again when we go to Gulf shores.

We really enjoyed our vacation in your condo #1018!! Thanks for letting us stay the extra day. We only used two beds and two baths. Kept the towels washed, emptied the trash, and dishes washed everyday. We will probably want to rent again in the near future-we had a wonderful time and the weather was super! Thank you.
