Rotonda-Relaxation is a new custom built home with soaring 15 ft. ceilings with huge sliding doors overlooking the pool and river. This vacation home has a south/east water front backyard with a private electric heated pool and a screened enclosure. You can fish for trout on the Rotonda Canal and appreciate the peace of this superb location.
The home is fully equipped with all new leather furniture, linens, appliances and BBQ. For your comfort the master suite has a King size bed and the bath is large walk through two person roman shower and a marble jetted tub and two separate vanities. The other two bedrooms have Queen size beds with a main bath between them.
The dining room has a pub style table that seats 6 and the living room has 2 leather sofas. There are 2 leather reclining sofas and a large flat screen TV in the family room. The kitchen, family, living room and master suite all over look the pool and river.

First of all the house is wonderful. Everything is new and very clean. The master bedroom and ensuite is to die for. Rotonda is a wonderful place to stay safe and secure in a deeded community. Shopping and beaches all close by.The screened in lanai and pool is great for your outdoor fun and relaxation. The house is 1st class, luxurious linens,fully equipped kitchen, top-notch furnishings,fully house intercom. The area is great with beautiful beaches.
