This beautifully decorated Penthouse overlooking the Gulf of Mexico will bring you and your family complete relaxation. Our home can sleep 10-12 people with its 3.5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet and blacony with Gulf front views. The masterbath has his and her vanities, sit-down vanity, walk-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. The second guest bedroom features a queen size bed with private bath. The third guest bedroom features another queen size bed. There are two sets of twin bunks built into a hallway and the living room has a sleeper sofa. Each room has its own TV & DVD player, including the kitchen, which has many upscale features such as all stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, an ice maker, and wine refrigerator.
The endless amenities include a multi-level indoor/outdoor pool with waterfalls and hot tubs, fitness center, eight tennis courts, conference center, and the fabulous Gulf beaches across the street. From the balconies off of the living room or master bedroom, experience breathtaking views of glistening white beaches and sparkling emerald green waters.
Additionally, Majestic Sun is located on the beautiful Seascape Resort with its 18-hole championship golf course, fresh water lakes, and lovely park grounds. Unit includes Gulf view balconies and covered parking garage.

Owner Description
My husband and I along with our two kids, dog and cat live in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I have been visiting Destin as long as I can remember. My memories of vacations there bring a smile to my face. The beaches are so white and the water is so crystal clear and beautiful. So, it was natural that as I became a parent I would continue to take my kids there every year for vacation. Rick and I decided that buying a condo would be a great investment for us and we found our place at Majestic Sun. Well, actually we bought and sold 2 other condos before we settled on Majestic Sun. Not long after buying at Majestic Sun we came across a 1 bedroom condo at SunDestin and decided to purchase it. For the last 6 years we have owned our 3 bedroom condo at Majestic Sun and our 1 bedroom condo at SunDestin Beach Resort. It has been a fun experience owning and renting in Destin. My wonderful Dad, Travis Smith, and I handle all the rentals and maintenance. Each year we have wonderful guests staying in our place. We enjoy the fact they have wonderful memories in Destin just like we do with our family.
Why the Owner Chose Majestic Sun
Destin offers the best beaches in Florida in our opinion. In fact, we prefer Destin to just about any beach we have visited anywhere. We decided to purchase our 3 bedroom because we believed it would be a great investment. It was a combination of finding a place the suited our family vacations but also would generate good rental income. Since being built in 2001, Majestic Sun has been a popular vacationing resort in Destin.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The benefits of staying in our property are mostly the reasons we decided to buy our condo. We LOVE the view of the gulf. We love the fact it is so spacious and can accommodate our entire family without feeling like we are on top of one another. We enjoy the fact it has an indoor and outdoor pool so the kids can always swim whether it is hot, cold, sunny or raining. As a guest you will also be able to enjoy the fact you are renting from the owner and my priority is that your stay is enjoyable as possible.

We were there the 1st week April 2011. My Son's high School baseball team was playing in a Tournament and everyone stayed at the majestic. I would have to say we pick the perfect condo for our family of 5. We had 7 people staying in the condo that week and it was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, beds were comfortable, I would have to say the only complaint we had was that we were staying during the Final Four basketball games and being from Kentucky(since Ky Wildcats made it to the Final Four) would have liked to have an upgraded Flat Screen TV(or larger tv) in the Living room (just wasn't big enough and out dated) other than that no complaints. We will look you up again for any vacation rental we need in Destin. Thanks

Had a wonderful time here! View is breathtaking! Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and welcoming. The entire rental process was quick and easy. No complaints. Hope to be able to stay again!!! We do live close by but love a beach getaway now and then.

We love going to the beach and took my husbands family, who had never been to Florida. Everyone really enjoyed the condo!! The view was awesome! The space was newley remodeled and felt warm and comfortable. The mattresses were top notch memory foam on ALL of the beds. Overall we had a wonderful time and little to complain about. My only advice to people is to make sure that they bring EVERYTHING for the kitchen...salt, pepper, oil, dishwashing det, sponge, etc. This is not uncommon in condo rentals, as I have had the same experiance at other condos. Bottom line is...if you think you'll need it...bring it or buy it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Accurate description. Very spacious, clean, wonderful decor, beautiful views of the beach/gulf, great kitchen, huge master bath, comfortable beds, easy in/out with coded front door entry.
