IT'S ALL ABOUT THE VIEW! Enjoy a cup of coffee as you listen to the sounds of the surf and the chattering of the birds or relax with a sunset dinner on your own private balcony overlooking the beach. Our condo is a top floor, OCEANFRONT, GOLD RATED villa in building A. It's completely remodeled and fully equipped to meet your vacation needs. The condo is a NON-SMOKING villa that sleeps 2-5 people and is ideal for a couple or a small family. The bedroom has a queen bed and the unit has a sleeper sofa and a bunk bed for children. Flat screen TV and high speed internet access. Linens and towels are provided and the condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Laundry facilities are available in our building.
Once you're comfortable, step outside your door and enjoy all the resort has to offer! There's something for everyone in our gated, 24 hour secure community. Swim in the Olympic size, oceanfront pool, splash in the kiddie pool and then have lunch in the beachside Tiki Grill or use the grills in our picnic area. Children can participate in daily activities with the activities director, use the gameroom and playground or take a short walk to the miniature golf course.
For the more adventurous, bikes and rollerblades are available for rental and beach volleyball is always fun! Discounted weekly bike rentals are available at Riding Tigers Bike Rentals. Spend some time in the fitness room or use one of the resort's tennis courts. A tennis pro is on site for lessons and a pro shop will rent any needed equipment!
At the end of the day, visit one of the resort's restaurants for daily specials or cook a quick meal in your villa!
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located mid-island, so it is convenient to all island activities. Find some time to use the many golf courses or take advantage of kayak trips, sunset cruises or dining in one of the many area restaurants! Of course, there's plenty of shopping, too.

A Perfect Villa on HHI

My husband & I just returned from staying a week in this beautiful villa. This was our first trip to HHI & it will not be our last! The owners of this villa were the first ones to respond to my inquiry and they were always willing to answer any questions that we had about the villa & the island! The villa is exactly like the pictures. It has a beautiful oceanview & is very quiet. We loved everything about it and the island! I would recommend this villa for a couple or a small family-it was the perfect size for us and we never felt cramped. We are already planning a return trip to this villa.

After staying at Beach and Tennis several times, this was my first oceanfront rental and I'll never go back to the parking lot view! This condo comes equipped with all the comforts of home. The owners were great to work with, making the rental process seamlessly simple. I will rent again and again from these owners and I encourage you to do the same!
