Rates below are + tax and cleaning fee of 75$. All units are not the same! Our Holoholo Hale, (vacation home), is located in the only Hotel in Lahaina directly on the beach. Ours is an owner managed unit - this allows us to keep our rates well below those of the resort managed units in this building. Our 6th floor mountain view studio was remodled top to bottom and features a full kitchen, large bath, and private balcony, flat screen tv, free wifi. Located just a block from the heart of Lahaina Town - Banyan Tree park, the harbor, and all the quaint shops, restaurants, galleries and pubs. It features a very comfortable Queen size wall bed with new breathable bamboo fiber mattress, that disapears into an attractive cabinet during the day.
Ammenities include a, DVD/music CD player, cooler, beach towels, hair dryer, fully equiped kitchen - including dishes, flatware, stemware, pots, pans, spices, and everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay stress free and memorable. Ours is an 'owner managed' unit which enables us to offer lower rates than the Lahaina Shores management company, but does not include daily maid service. This is a non smoking unit which, by recent vote of the owners assoc, includes the entire property. We strictly enforce our NO smoking policy and require a rental agreement to confirm your reservation. Enjoy all the comforts - plus a full kitchen and a short walk to town. Min stay of 5 nights is required. No smoking -no pets.

This was our first time in Maui. I wasn't familiar with any of the areas (hotel/condo/resort locations). It came down to three locations (Lahaina, Napili, & Ma'alaea). We chose this condo in Lahaina. After driving and checking the other areas we had considered, we agreed that this was the right choice for us. There are so many little shops, restaurants, and sites to see within walking distance. The condo was right on the beach so the sunsets were gorgeous (lots of sunset pictures taken). The studio was a good size for a couple. It was tastefully decorated like a beach cottage. It had all the necessities. The front desk staff was friendly. It had a nice pool backing to the beach area. If your interested in surfing the condo is located on a beach with good breaks. You don't have too much foot traffic in front of the condo's beach area. Penny graciously invited us over to her Bed & Breakfast also located in Lahaina. She gave us lots of helpful tips and site seeing information. Her tips were right on! Overall, we were pleased with choosing Penny's condo. We had an enjoyable week stay here. I would recommend her studio to a couple.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This is the first time for us to travel in Maui. We were suprised when we just got in the suite. Everything was super clean! And we can find all necessary stuff just in handy! The location is great! Lots of shops nearby. The owner, Penny, is a very friendly and helpful lady. She is always willing to help and quite responsible! This was our first trip to Maui and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The staff was the friendliest, as were the rest of the occupants in the buildings. On the beach and quiet, we felt perfectly safe and well taken care of. The concierge booked all our excursions and even pointed out a whale sighting from the pool area. Everything about the condo was great--fully stocked pantry, lots of towels, kitchen complete with everything needed to prepare the few meals we ate in the unit. Short walk to the shops and sightseeing every day/night. We were so sad to leave.... Thanks, Penny, for a wonderful stay in beautiful Maui!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We would highly recommend Penny's Lahaina Shores Condo. The location and facilities are great, every thing in the condo was as descibed. The condo is clean, and well furnished( the cooler came in handy). Would have liked access to a broom. We would recommend this condo and hope to come back. Would recommend Cool Cats, Warren and Annabelle's and any porgram offered through the Pacific Whale Foundation, we had a great week. We booked all our outings with Lahaina Shores Concierge and all we had to do was sit back and let her do all the work!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Lahaina Shores Beach Resort:
I looked at many buildings in and around Lahaina and kept coming back to Lahaina Shores. It is ON the beach, the staff is amazing, it's not a mega resort building - only 199 units as compared to 8-900 in others. It is an easy one block walk to town and all the restaurants, shops, galleries, the harbor, and famous Banyan Tree park. The mountain view from our top floor unit is gorgeous, one full wall is glass that opens onto a private balcony. After our total remodel - could not love it more.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The staff is very welcoming, they embody the Aloha spirit. The exterior and pool and grounds are impecably kept. The sandy beach and beautiful tourquoise water are just steps away from the pool. Laundry facilities are on each floor. There are several small shops and restuarants next door. Enjoy the hot tub or use the BBQ. Location is perfect! The unit is beautiful and the rate is great!
