Minutes from the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Area's world-class alpine skiing with over 80 miles of trails. With an average annual snowfall of 370",you can be assured of great skiing whenever you plan a visit to one of Colorado's snowiest resort. Close to the cross-country ski centers of Devil's Thumb and Snow Mountain Ranch, as well as Sol Vista Golf and Ski Ranch. The FREE shuttle provides service every 30 minutes to the Winter Park Ski Area as well as the towns of Winter Park and Fraser.
Our townhome features a fully-equipped kitchen, roomy living and dining areas, a queen sofa sleeper, and a second bathroom on the middle level. The full-size washer and dryer, gas grill, cable TV/VCR/DVD add to the convenience of this deluxe property.
The two upstairs bedrooms have queen beds with down comforters and a full bath. The master bedroom also has a additional sink vanity. The ground floor bedroom (which can be used for added accommodations to the two upstairs bedrooms, or booked separately as a studio), is comfortably furnished with a queen bed, a twin sofa sleeper, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cable TV/VCR and private bathroom with a shower.

The location is quiet. The owners, Bud & Susie, were very helpful, giving us a lift to the slopes whenever they could and also lifts to Safeway, on occasion. The accommodation is very roomy and the kitchen large and well equipped. The private hot tub is just wonderful. I would recommend booking a skiing lesson with Bud, he is very positive. The place felt just like home, with the kids making the most of the free Internet and cable TV. We had a wonderful holiday with Bud and Susie and plan to go back as soon as funds allow!

True to the listing description, this condo exceeded our expectations! It was perfect for our group of mom, dad and four teenage girls. The location is very convenient even though it is just a smidge outside of Winter Park. A cozy place with plenty of room for all of us and our "stuff" and has whatever amenity you will need. The hospitality of our hosts was the icing on the cake! We plan to try to stay here again.

This was the best experience. We didn't know where to stay so we took a chance and it was great. Comfortable, homey and the owners really paid attention to detail and were very knowledgeable about the area. It was very organized and professional and we loved it. One of the best things about it was that our kids could just go outside and play without worrying. There is a small sledding area and we had 18" of new snow while we were there. It was like we were in a secluded private cabin and we had a great time. Thanks for everything Bud and Susie. Oh, and the hottub!! WONDERFUL!
