Year Purchased: 2005
Athens is my hometown and a wonderful place to live and raise a family. When my condo isn't rented, I love to go relax, listen to music and watch movies with friends and my best buddy-my Sheltie, Kirby. My career in commercial real estate gives me the flexibility to travel and VRBO is a wonderful resource for finding great places to stay.
Why the Owner Chose Athens
The condo is located within 1 mile of Sanford Stadium and is adjacent to the University of Georgia's campus. Not only is it a great investment as in town properties become scarcer and more expensive, it's proximity to downtown Athens and the University makes it easy to rent.

It's a short walk to the University of Georgia's intramural fields and Sanford Stadium; downtown Athens with its unique music scene, restaurants and shopping are also located within a short distance.
