This is a lovely, newly revamped first floor 2-bedroom condo which sports hardwood floors throughout, updated tiled bathrooms and kitchen with assigned parking outside lanai door. It is located within Vista Royale, a 55+ community with amenities that include 4 clubhouses with heated pools, adjacent patios/picnic areas and gas grills, sewing room, library, card rooms, woodworking shop, ceramics studio, computer center with free WiFi, tennis, shuffle board, bocce courts, ping-pong tables, exercise room and sauna. Also available are three miles of private jogging, walking and biking trails and a full schedule of social events and weekly activities all for the benefit and enjoyment of residents. An 18 hole golf course is located within the Vista Royale community. The course pro shop and full dining facility are within easy walking distance. Excellent restaurants, theaters, museums and shopping abound in the area and great public beaches and parks are within a 15 minute drive.

Note, too, that top notch hospitals and all types of medical facilities are available within a 15 minute drive. The condo is available on a seasonal basis (October through May). The rate is $1,350 per month with lease of at least 6 months (preferable) or $1,500 per month with a lease of less than 6 months. No smoking and no pets allowed. Note that the lease signer must be at least 55 years old.
