Sea-Esta was built in 2004 and includes a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Table, and Wireless High Speed Internet.
Welcome to Sea-Esta! Our name is well-suited as we provide comfort, convenience, and responsive guest service. Our guests enjoy one of the most relaxing homes in the Outer Banks, from the beautiful furnishings and ammenities, to location and a superior service experience.
Your family will find comfort and convenience in Sea-Esta. From the surround sound theatre great room to a wonderful pool and hot tub, this home provides complete comfort for your stay in the OBX! It's a block from the ocean with direct public beach access and within walking distance to many Outer Banks family attractions and restaurants.
The top level with living, dining, kitchen and powder room will allow your family to gather together and enjoy the ocean air opening to a furnished, spacious sun deck. The ocean views are beautiful from the living room and deck! There is also an additional sitting area on the covered porch overlooking the pool area.
Sea-Esta is a non-smoking residence, and includes one Queen master suite on the mid level with its own private bath and jacuzzi tub, as well as two Queen bedrooms that share a connecting bathroom. The ground level features a King Master Bedroom with a private bathroom, in addition to spacious Recreation room with TV/DVD, refrigerator, powder room, wet bar and pool table ideal for creating fun family memories.
We get a few questions about the 11.5% occupancy tax. This is required by Dare County and the State of North Carolina.
