iTravex Highlights for Property Managers

This page describes how iTravex will work for Property Managers. Property Managers should have a basic understanding of how iTravex works first by reading the iTravex Highlights page.

While VRBO stand for "Vacation Rentals by Owner", over the years, a growing number of vacation rental property owners have started advertising on VRBO as well.

I am a property manager, but I also own my own property, can I use iTravex?

Yes, you can host other iTravex members in your property, earn points, and book reservations for yourself using iTravex.

What about my clients? Can I set up my clients to use iTravex as well?

Yes, with some restrictions.

What restrictions?

Each property to be included in iTravex must be advertised on it's own individual VRBO page. The number of bedrooms specified in the ad must match the pricing structure (including weekly rates), posted on the ad. The property must be available for rent at least 4 months of the year (Timeshare and limited time frame rentals are not good candidates for inclusion in iTravex).

How do I setup a client to use iTravex?

After you logon to your iTravex account, you can choose the option to edit the properties in your account.  For each property, you can designate each of your clients as a new iTravex member, set them up with a member account, and assign the properties which belong to them.  Once you have designated your clients with a member account, they will have all the rights of regular iTravex members.  They can make inquiries, host other members, earn points, etc...

Can iTravex help me grow my Property Manager business?

Absolutely... by advertising your client's properties on VRBO, you can provide your clients with access to iTravex. This gives them one more reason to do business with you rather than your competitors.  The iTravex advantage allows your client to turn vacancies into travel opportunities...
