If you are dissatisfied with your initial VRBOŽ listing for ANY REASON during the first 30 days of service, VRBO.com will happily cancel your listing and send you a full refund, less a $75 service charge. 

Refunds are only available for your first VRBOŽ listing during the first 30 days of service. Refunds are not available on your second or subsequent listings. Please take this into account prior to adding additional listings. Refunds do not apply to timeshare units or in cases where the property is offered for rent less than six months of the year. You can send your refund request to us by logging onto your VRBO.com account and using the "Help" system. You will find the "Help" link at the top right corner of your account administration page.

If you renew your listing, you do so with the understanding that it will remain online for one full year without refund. For information about selling your property or taking it off the market, please see the DISCLAIMER page.
