  • Beautiful and user friendly

"Our family of 8 adults recently stayed in this home and found it to be beautiful and spacious; exceeding our expectations. It's in an excellent area of Boulder with an easy walk to Pearl Street, but we found that we wanted to spend time in this home since it was so nice and comfortable. The kitchen and dining areas were perfect for our large group to cook and share a meal together. There was a hot tub which we enjoyed very much and many lovely areas to hang out outside. Our family has visited Boulder many times in the past 5 years to see son #2, and this was by far the most comfortable we have been. There were even fresh cut flowers upon our arrival which was a classy touch!"

  • Great little getaway

"Judie, What a wonderful condo! Felt like home, so clean and nicely decorated. Cozy stay at the beach and we walked everywhere. This condo is furnished so well for a small space with tons of storage for our things. The couple on staff were very friendly and helpful. Great sunrises! This was what we needed over the busy Holiday season. Thanks"

  • beautiful setting

"The pictures show the true condo. The L shaped deck was totally private, and had shade and sun at the same time so you could choose what you wanted. The two master suites was an added plus and being separated by kitchen, dining and living rooms was perfect for privacy. Just a note to advise you that the beach goes away at high tide right there across from condo and on down the beach to your right as you face the ocean. Saw dolphins as they made their way west and then back east in the morning. Deer on the beach and in front yards of homes we enjoyed. They're not afraid. Teeter-Harris outside the gate was perfect and we even needed the doctor in their little village, too. Beautiful setting. Saw the Angel Tree that is on the way to Seabrook which was quite amazing, just drive slowly on the unpaved road. It's certainly a different setting from Myrtle Beach, which is where we started our vacation. I even got educated by a "local" one morning on the beach. You can get wet from the elevator to your condo, but parking garage and carts surely came in handy. Something new everywhere you go. Thanks!"

  • Comfortable and Cozy Bass Harbor Cottage for Two

"My husband and I enjoyed staying in this cozy, comfy, clean and well appointed apartment. The photos represent the the cottage accurately and the bedroom upstairs is bright with a skylight over the comfortable bed that we enjoyed for fresh air and a birds eye view of the fall foliage. There was plenty of closet and drawer space to settle in for the week. The cottage is in a quiet, wooded setting removed from the bustle of Bar Harbor. We cooked frequently and found all we needed. Loved soaking in the jet whirlpool tub at the end of those cliff hikes. Soothed both the nerves and the back. I had the pleasure of meeting Robin. She was accommodating while respecting privacy. Our email correspondences prior to arrival and the on-site literature were so helpful in exploring and enjoying the area. If we return to that area we would definitely reserve the Seamist again. The cottage is perfect for two."
