"Surprisingly large 'cottage' in a very convenient location with lovely views. Potential problem of a very cold early fall night was remedied by the arrival of space heaters for all the bed rooms. No complaints from our Cooperstown bound wedding crew. Although we did not try, it looked as if canoe access to the lake would be difficult. However, for golf lovers, one of the country's oldest courses is just outside the door. A car is essential."

"Our family of four (2 adults with 2 kids, ages 14 & 11) were very happy in this lovely apartment for a week between Christmas and New Years. It's in a wonderful neighborhood with shops and restaurants - many were closed that holiday week but it just made us think about coming back. The Port Royal RER is only a few blocks away with access to all parts of the city but the neighborhood is also within walking distance to some great areas. The apartment itself is on the top floor a beautiful, secure building that made us feel like locals - the rooftop views were gorgeous from every window. We especially liked the Val de Grace Church at night and hearing the bells ring during the day. We also really enjoyed the spectacular Eiffel Tower light show at midnight on New Years Eve! There is so much more to this apartment than the photos can depict - it is architecturally stunning but the beautifully curated collection of art, books and furnishings is really what makes it feel special. The living rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, especially the master! Having 3 baths (2 with toilets) was a treat, especially for a family. Upon arriving, Paul and Sylvie gave us a tour of their home and local restaurant and shop recommendations. They turned us on to a wonderful bakery on the way to the RER which we stopped at EVERY day! They are lovely people who care about their home and your experience in it. We would stay again in this, or any of their properties. Thank you Paul & Sylvie for your hospitality and giving our family a true Parisienne experience!"

"Great cabin, great owners and a really wonderful view from almost every point in the house. Lew and Cheryl were wonderful folks (thanks for the comb honey, Cheryl!) and very responsive. The kitchen was a dream and had everything a cook could need, the sleeping areas were nice (it has four queen size beds!) and the open living area was just what we wanted for our group vacation. The cabin amenities were just as stated (although we discovered you couldn't wash clothes and take a shower immediately afterwards! LOL) and the location on the east side of the park was just right for our plans. We didn't ever see the lake except as we were driving down the road to the cabin, but it is obviously THE place to go for fishing in that part of the world based on what we saw and read about Duck Lake. We didn't want to leave, but alas our vacation came to a pleasant end so we waived goodbye to Rob (the local canine welcoming committee), closed the gate (lots of horses and cattle roam free in Montana) and took just a few more pictures of the lovely views as we drove off. I'm not sure we will ever be back to Montana or the GNP, but if we do I would certainly try to reserve this cabin again!!"

"Our stay at SeaPeace in Manzanita was great. The house location is just two minute walk to the beach. Serene compared to the madness of Seaside or Canon Beach. Seemed as if we had the whole block to ourselves during our weekend stay.
The house itself was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had most everything you would need for making lunch or dinner. We met the owner Nancy and her dog while there. She was gracious and helpful with questions about the area and the house."
