What a relaxing vacation!
"This property was exactly what it said it was! Felt as comfortable as being home."

"This is my 3rd or 4th stay at Coveside and every experience just gets better. My best friend and I had the best time. We relaxed on the deck, fished and hit the Boardwalk (4) miles away!!! So convenient.
Megan was absolutely amazing before during and after our trip! She called and found us a market to clean any fish we caught, recommended awesome restaurants. Renee texted to make sure we made it to the house and check to see if we needed anything. The customer service is always outstanding!!!
The house is comfy and close to everything.
I was hoping to fish at night by dock lights. There is no "fishing" light, but we still managed to catch fish our second night!! So much fun!!!
I really love this place and travel over 10 hours from West Texas to stay here."

"Having seen the photos, we were ready to be impressed, and were not disappointed. Already lots of discussion here about this view, but it truly does have to be experienced to get the full effect. We were fortunate enough to be there in early September with near perfect weather, and were treated to a morning view of magnificent snow-capped peaks for a full 180 degrees (the house is perfectly situated to get the max impact of the view through the giant rear window wall, as well as the deck). Years ago we spent some time in the Swiss Alps, and it's not an exaggeration to say this section of the Rockies stands up pretty well in the comparison. Go and enjoy, you'll be glad you did."

"The accommodation more than met our expectations. The condo was modern, spacious and did not look nor feel run down. Everything was clean and ready with toiletries. During the initial booking I was very hesitant about the payment method. If anyone else decides to book the unit, you will understand. However, the unit and price were appealing and decided to rent it. Perhaps the payment method allows a lower price whereby no additional fees are incurred. Glad I took a chance. There was a good sized grocery store nearby and trolley route stop in front of condo building. I would definitely recommend it and would rent it if I were to visit Gatlinburg again. Oh yeah, building is located as soon as the roaring fork nature motor trail route comes to an end. This was a surprise we discovered after we took that particular scenic route. Also, this same trail allowed us to see a bear and two cubs in the wild. It was the highlight of our trip.
My only recommendations to owner are 1) improve cleaning service. Although unit was clean, it seemed very superficial. There was dust on the dining room lamp fixture, dust on the shelves and mirror by the wet bar, a spider web on one of the receding lights in the kitchen, a little bit of mildew is forming at one end of the jacuzzi and the kitchen oven needs a thorough cleaning. 2) Consider alternate payment methods where renter would feel more comfortable when booking the unit."
