"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Tahoe's West Shore. We have a lot of special needs (travel with my elderly grandmother and a dog) and this house had it all -- a bedroom and bath on the main floor, easy entry from the garage and a large living space. We stayed over a holiday and the kitchen was a dream! Beautifully laid out and plenty of pots/pans/utensils and appliances. We've stayed at many different places in Lake Tahoe, and this was by far one of our favorites. When we arrived the home was impeccably clean (not always the case!) and the drive was easy. The roads leading to the home from the main road are flat and well-paved. The owner was a joy to work with -- very friendly and informative. I would recommend this home for your future stay and plan to stay there again myself soon. Thank you!"

"We were a group of 3 couples and the home and the location were so lovely. The owner was very helpful and the house was well appointed. We didn't cook, but; you could have easily prepared a gourmet meal. It was a short walk around the town from the house and we felt that St. Helena was the best of the Towns in Napa to stay. Our 3 favorite winery tours were Far Niente ( very traditional), Palmaz (very modern) and Caldwell ( just a whole lot of fun)!
We ate at Cindy's Backstreet Kitchen, Tra Vigne, Bouchon, and Farmstead for dinner. Cook's and Gott's (twice) for lunch. I wouldn't change a thing about our trip and highly recommend staying in this home."

"My husband and adult son and I stayed here for 3 nights in February. What an exceptional place! Take (what must have been) an old, tiny and undoubtedly ramshackle Tahoe cabin and turn it into a delightful 2 BR/1 Ba little gem. I don't think they increased the footprint, but the finishes, architectural detail and designer touches more than make up for the small square footage. A large open living/dining/kitchen area with a lovely large fireplace, high ceilings and comfortable furniture. Master bedroom with a king is very comfortable with a large closet. 2nd bedroom is great for kids or 1/2 adults. Our son is 6'3" so found the bed a trifle small but still adequate. The bathroom with steam shower and double shower heads was great. Hot tub on front deck was perfect after a day of hiking and snow shoeing. Owner was very helpful, responsive. We had trouble with the TV but they came right down to help us out. Will definitely stay again."

"To be honest I was a little nervous when I first booked this house because I didn't really know what to expect. But as soon as I entered into the home, my worries were gone. The house is beautiful not to mention, very spacious and nicely decorated. And the pool was an added bonus:) The house is located close to everything, and it is about a 20 minute drive to Universal Studios (or less).... and Disney is even closer. We also drove to Busch Gardens one day and went to a Tampa Bay football game...which was only about 1 1/2 hour drive. I would recommend this house to anyone that doesn't want to stay in a hotel all crammed into one room all on top of each other. Also, working with Abbey was a pleasure, very pleasant and professional."
