"This was a perfect vacation villa. Location-wise it is nice and quiet but close to grocery and bakery and very close to airport. The villa itself has every thing you need to stay in peace for the entire duration of your stay, including comfortable bed, convenient parking, nice pool and patio, great view and a wonderful host who makes himself available immediately whenever you need something or have a question. The place is brand new, so every thing is emaculately clean and designed beautifully. The villa has basic kitchen appliances and tools to cook or dine-in. There are multiple TVs with cable channels in the villa, along with wireless internet and stero system. I couldn't ask for more. We were greeted by Jocelyn at the port, eventhou our arrival was delayed a few hours, and he drove us to villa and greeted us with a nice chilled bottle of wine on arrival which was exactly what we needed to unwind. I just came back from St Barts, and I am about to reserve my next year's vacation with Jocelyn. Jocelyn, thank you for hosting us in the 5 days we stayed in St Barts. For sure you will see us in upcoming January."

  • Great option in St Barths

"We spent one week in St. Barths. and the villa was a great choice. It was our first time in St. Barths. and after getting to know the island one can notice there aren't many beachfronts properties available. Though Anse de Cayes is not good for swimming due to its many rocks, you can take a walk along the beach, which we did every morning. Renting a car is a must as there are many beautiful beaches in the island (being a couple with kids ages 7 and 5 our favourite was St. Jean). A 5 minute drive will take you to the stores and restaurants in Gustavia or St. Jean (here you can find some markets to get what you need to prepare a picnic or any meal on the well equipped kitchen; if there is no intention of cooking we'd recommend Maya's to Go). Anyway, it won't take more than 20 minutes to get to the most distant beaches, as the location of the villa is really great. The kids didn't mind the constant wind and took more advantage of the pool, we preferred to stay in the varanda to appreciate the amazing view. Jackie and Yvonne were really nice and helpful during our stay."

  • AMAZING!

"This was my fourth time in a year in St Barth's. The house was AMAZING! It is private but yet on beach and within 5 minutes of town. The house has all high end fixings and was well maintained daily by the always smiling housekeeper. The owner Chantal was a so nice and always available for questions. Dealing directly with a caring owner is much better than going through a rental agency. I cannot wait to return to this villa. Every room boasts an ocean view and breeze. It is truly paradise!"

  • A Fantastic Villa

"Villa Case du Roy is a hidden gem. In more than 30 visits to St. Barths we have stayed in many villas and several hotels. This is THE BEST equipped and maintained place we have ever stayed. It is a very spacious one-bedroom villa with a large living room, kitchen and a bath and a half (nice feature). It is centrally located just above the airport in the hills of Anse de Cayes – very convenient to St. Jean and Gustavia. There is a very nice view of Point Milou – particularly pretty at night …. sitting on the terrace enjoying some music and wine and the view in the distance. We have been there twice (most recently February 2015) and there has never been a thing we thought we wanted that was not there. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots, pans, bowls, utensils and gadgets. Every amenity you can think of is provided. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and even a "noodle". The villa is fully screened and air-conditioned. There were very few mosquitoes. There are two outside areas – a front garden completely enclosed with lovely plantings, a hot tub, an eating area and a grill. The back garden is also quite private and gets great sun virtually all day. The owners, Jocelyne and Rigobert Aubin, are lovely people and their care and concern for their villa and their guests is shown in every aspect."
