  • Happy to have found this apartment!

"Rented this apartment with my daughter for our recent trip to Israel. The apartment is just as pictured, met all our needs and more. The location was ideal - great for being near the Kotel, Mamilla, center of town, the light rail and pretty much anywhere else. It was great having an apartment with AC, a washer/drier, and wifi. Additionally, the owner is very nice to deal with."

  • Excellent Rental near Old City

"We have stayed in many apartments near the Old City but this was the best! The apartment is exactly as advertised-very clean and comfortable. The photos show the apartment perfectly. If you need anything, the lady across the hall is available to help or give you supplies. The view is incredible. We were given kosher dishes and that helped keep the cost down as we could eat breakfast and some dinners in the apartment. The location is the best in Jerusalem, you can walk to Ben Yehuda (5 min) Meah Shearim (7 min) and the Kotel - Jaffa Gate is only a 5 min walk. The bus stops just outside the apartment and the train is down the street. We will definitely come back to this apartment. If you are religious (Jewish) there are 3 minyans within a 2 min walk or the Kotel. Most people in the building are Shomer Shabbat. Enjoy!"

  • Beautiful, clean and updated apartment in convenient location

"Our family of four stayed in this lovely apartment for a Shabbat weekend (Thursday night to Sunday). We found it to look exactly like the pictures - clean and neat! The beds were comfortable; the heat worked and there was even cable TV and internet. There was ample parking in the neighborhood and we found the location to be excellent for what we wanted; we could walk to the Old City, to worship services at Kol HaNeshama and to friends for lunch in Baka, as well as shopping and eating on Emek Refaim. Iris, the owner, was a delight to deal with and very responsive. She was out of town, but her daughter, with whom we dealt directly, was polite, warm and accessible. This is the first time we have rented a vacation property like this and we found it to be a very good experience. There were a couple of things I wish I knew in advance: 1) While this is a kosher kitchen, it is dairy/parve. When we brought in meat for Shabbat dinner, we used aluminum tins to cook in and paper plates and plastic silverware. The kitchen is not equipped for both milk and meat. There is a plata to heat/keep food warm over Shabbat. 2) There is a cooktop stove and a microwave, but not an oven. 3) We had to supply everything except for toilet paper and liquid soap, such as paper towels, aluminum foil and spices (there is salt and pepper). It was amazing how easy it was to work around these things ... I poached salmon on the stove instead of baking it and we bought prepared food at Machane Yehuda for Friday dinner, so all I had to do was heat it up (which worked great on the plata). We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Great Apartment in Perfect Location!

"We stayed in the apartment with our two kids. We all loved it. It has the convenience of a resort (Pool, indoor parking, beach, restaurants, shops) with the comforts of home (great layout, kitchen, spacious deck). The location is outstanding and is a convenient launchpad for any destination in Israel. We didn't want to leave and cant wait to return!"
