  • A Magical Experience in a Magical City

"This was an unforgettable & magical experience for all concerned. This is more than just an apartment rental…it is a taste of luxury living in a unique & perfectly positioned building in a penthouse with views that have to be seen to be believed. It really gives you an appreciation of this beautiful & vibrant city. The apartment is in a fantastic central location close to all of Tel Aviv in the beautiful historic neighborhood of Neve Zedek. The penthouse features breathtaking and commanding panoramic views of Tel Aviv. From the balcony you can look down at the city from old Jaffa Port to all the major hotels through to the Namal, the beaches and the infinite ocean & from the windows you can see all of Tel Aviv. The sunsets from the balconies are positively stunning. You literally feel like a King looking down at the beautiful and evolving city of Tel Aviv. Each main bedroom features large windows & doors leading to a balcony with incredible views of the city and the ocean. The apartment was extremely well-equipped with plenty of clean towels, linens, toiletries & a fabulous contemporary kitchen. All the lighting, curtains, media, air-con, audio-visual, etc are controlled by easy to use ipads & wall panels and were well thought out. The lighting & concealed cabinetry and joinery were beautifully designed with lots of very cleverly hidden storage space. The Great Room features a beautiful large fish tank & there is a water feature & pond with gold fish on the main balcony which was a lovely feature. The apartment featured oversized televisions throughout & an excellent sound system with built-in speakers in the walls & ceilings. The sofas in the main Great Room were without doubt the most comfortable & relaxing sofas we have ever encountered. The apartment has an incredibly relaxing & peaceful feel to it with loads of space to relax & unwind in a truly fantastic & very unique modern environment. The beds in the apartment were very comfortable with a remote control allowing you to use it in various positions for maximum comfort. The main bathroom featured a spacious and large rain shower with mirror & was a pleasure to use. The man that met us on arrival, Camal, was very friendly & helpful as were the staff at the buildings reception. The apartment owner, Ilan, is a very nice and wonderful person & was a true pleasure to work with. This is now my ‘home’ in Tel Aviv & is a very special place to stay but a difficult place to leave."
