  • Great time at modern stylish house in a quiet area in Seminyak, Bali.

"I had the privilege to be the first guest in the brand new Casa NeO. I lived at Casa N - but the two houses are quite similar. The only little difference is that Casa O has a little bit larger living room downstairs, and in one bathroom there is a big bathtube at Casa O, whilst in all the other bathrooms are showers. But Casa N is oriented more towards the frontside, and the view from the rooftop floor is even more spectacular. So both houses are comparable. To live in the villa is just pure luxury. Casa NeO is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, but still not far from the hustle and bustle of the vivid tourist area of Seminyak and Kuta Beach. The villa is designed very tastefully - very modern, but still in a very warm and inviting setting - very Balinese indeed. You will find all the amenities in the villa you are looking for - starting from a safe in every bedroom to flat LED cable tv up to high velocity wifi internet access througout the house. The swimmingpool and the living area are really nice - you will love to come back home after a day of exploring the wonderful island of Bali. If you need assistance of any kind: the property manager Nengah is really helpful in organizing everything you need for a pleasant stay. Don't miss to ask him to book a Balinese massage with Komar just next to the pool area: Komar is providing by far the best massage I ever had in my life, for only 12 US$ an hour! The rate at which the houses of Casa Neo are offered are really a bargain. If you compare with other villas providing similar luxury, you pay about only the half! The stay at Casa NeO was for sure one of my best holidays I ever had - I can't wait to be back again."

  • Excelent Stay!

"Very Nice, and Comfortable apartment. Excelent location. Amenities top conditions: Air Condition, Hot Water, Internet Access, Garage. Also, have 3 elevators. One of them operates like Shabath Elevator. It was extremely easy to get onto the local expressway (Ayalon), and several other major roads. . Andy very nice person. Also in Israel, who give Us the keys of the apartment is very helpful for every kind of thing that you will need.We would definitely consider staying there again on future trips. Extremely recommended."

  • Country Life near the big city!

"What an excellent find - once you find it! The out of the way yet close to the action location is ideal for folks wanting a local non-touristy vibe with a beautiful location. You are in a local neighborhood - we met friendly folks each morning on our walk and got to see rice, flower, taro and flower production up close. All the photos and descriptions are accurate. Just a 25 minutes from the Chang Mai action. Staff are accomodating and Mr. Norris the owner is very accessible. Don't miss the Outdoor Authentic Lanna Dinner Theatre at Khum Khantoke, Chang Mai Night Bazaar and Siam Celedon pottery and Tea House. Highly recommended!"

  • Comfortable....Great Location!

"Would just like to say we enjoyed the Nachlaot apartment very much. The kitchen was outfitted wonderfully and the beds were very comfortable. I will recommend the location to any of my friends and colleagues traveling to Israel and wanting a rental. It did take a little too long to get the security deposit refunded, and my mother was a little bit annoyed. I told the owners to feel free to use us as referrals if they need a party to vouch for the Abulafia apartment. I hope we can do business together again, and if they are ever in the Southwest of the US. I might have a rental unit for them! Good Shabbes- Wendy Rozov"

Thailand Travel Tips

Getting to Thailand

Thailand has good air connections with other cities in Southeast Asia and around the globe. The main airport is in Bangkok and several domestic airports provide access to other regions. Bangkok International Airport hosts a wide variety of international airlines from around the world on regularly scheduled commercial flights. There is a good road and rail network but it is extremely congested in the cities. Driving is not recommended for foreigners. Instead, take a taxi or arrange a private transfer between the airports and your vacation homes. In many of the tourists areas, it quite easy to get around by bicycle. There are many local companies that hire bikes. If you are traveling to the islands, boat transfers can be easily arranged to hop from one island to another.

Activities and Attractions near Thailand

Thailand is a destination that appeals to people with a wide range of interests. It is a destination that is probably best known for its beautiful beaches and calm turquoise waters. Sun lovers and beach enthusiasts can spend their days lazing in the sun. Beach bars and restaurants provide refreshments and entertainment late into the night. Scuba divers can enjoy some spectacular coral reefs. Many are shallow enough to enjoy snorkeling and the water is warm enough to swim for hours. Boating excursions take you to uninhabited islands where you can explore caves and rainforests. There are towering walls for rock climbing and a number of trekking trails.

On land, Thailand is known for its excellent golf courses, affordable shopping and tasty cuisine. There are numerous golf courses along the coast which are highly ranted. Anywhere in Thailand, you can browse the street markets, spend some time haggling with the stall owners, and find yourself some excellent bargains. If you enjoy nature and trekking, the highland area near Chang Mai is the place to go. Here, you can experience rural Thailand at its best. Tall lush forests, towering mountain peaks and quaint villages tucked in among rice paddies and agricultural fields. For those who enjoy a bit of pampering, you can book yourself a treatment in one of the many spas. Thai massage is famous the world over and it is a wonderful way to relax on your vacation.

Best Time of Year to Visit Thailand Villas

In general, Thailand has a warm tropical climate that varies only moderately between the different regions. Temperatures are hot all year and humidity can get extreme during the summer months. For this reason, most travelers choose to visit during the cooler winter months. For the highland and central areas, November to March are generally considered the best times to travel. For the islands, such as Koh Samui, June through September is the favored time to visit.

Things to Remember When Traveling in Thailand

Thailand is a relatively inexpensive destination which means that if you plan carefully you can really stretch your travel budget. Take time to research the various destinations and decide what activities you want to do on your vacation. In that way, you can minimize the time spent traveling between destinations and instead enjoy all the sights that Thailand has to offer. When getting taxis and tuk tuks, agree on a price before you leave; otherwise, you find yourself paying a higher price when you get to your destination. Scooters and bicycles can be hired to get around but driving in the more built-up areas does sometimes require nerves of steel. The roads tend to be a chaotic mixture of vehicles, bicycles, scooters and pedestrians.
