  • Happy to have found this apartment!

"Rented this apartment with my daughter for our recent trip to Israel. The apartment is just as pictured, met all our needs and more. The location was ideal - great for being near the Kotel, Mamilla, center of town, the light rail and pretty much anywhere else. It was great having an apartment with AC, a washer/drier, and wifi. Additionally, the owner is very nice to deal with."

  • Pretty Studio in Bakka

"This studio apartment was exactly as advertised on VRBO. It is clean and all appliances are new. It is on the ground floor of the building which is convenient, but you need to keep your curtains closed so as not to have anyone looking in. The manager of the apartment was easy to deal with and available whenver we needed him, which was just for arrival and departure. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to both Emek Refaim, and Derch Beit Lechem(DBL). There are lovely cafes on Derech Beit Lechem, and a fabulous falafel stand just a few blocks up on DBL near Yehuda. The apartment is a bit small for two people if you are traveling with many bags and purchases accrued during the trip. We had to use the couch for some of our things although in reality we could have spent the time unpacking everything and putting it in the closets available in the apartment. Also, if you plan on having any one over, there are only two kitchen chairs so you can't really have any company. There were enough dishes and silverware, but there are not two sets, so kashrut observence using the kitchen facilities can be a bit of a problem. The price was very fair for the apartment."
