  • Home Away from Home

"My 3 week stay in Mandaluyong turned into one month. This was not a problem for the owner. I rented this Condo as it was a 3 minute drive to my friends Condo in Wack Wack. It was perfect for me as a single W female first timer to the Philippines. The area is close to 3 shopping malls. With supermarkets. The Pool was very well maintained. The food in the Hotel quite was quiite good. If you have never been to Manila and can't speak Tagalog this the staff are very helpful. The manager of the Condo, and the owner are availbale to help if you have any problems."

  • STAY AT VILLA APARNA: PERFECT IN EVERY SENSE!

"It is hard to find the right words to explain what you feel when you stay at Villa Aparna. Stunning, amazing, wonderful, a dream...all this comes in our mind. And it is probably a mix of all those words:-) It was the perfect location for relaxing and enjoyment for my wife and myself. The villa is more than well equipped and very luxurious furnished. And all this comes with a wonderful and kind team: a very good cook (Sudapta) , a lovely house maid (Dessi) and a very helpful villa manager (Ketut and his assistant). They fully make everything to make your stay perfect - and they succeeded with our stay:-) I highly recommend Villa Aparna - I would even say it is a must to go there and experience the atmosphere. Thanks to Patricia for the uncomplicated booking procedure and to the Team at Villa Aparna to make our stay unforgettable! Warm regards from Saida & Fouad"

  • Hidden Treasure

"This place is great - pictures don't do it justice and is kept lovely and clean by manager each day. Is about 15 minutes walk from the Palace (usual Ubud footpaths and a bit of hill - hence watch with young children or disabilities- but taxis are so cheap). Wee restaurant on site does a great breakfast for about $5 (need cash to pay), other restaurants close by -including Indus which is worth the visit. Spas close by as well ie next door, and within walking distance. Supermarket to stock up is about 100 metres down the road for staples - small kitchenette fridge. Access to the rice fields is out the back of the property. The compound is pretty and authentic. Recommend as total value for money for money - and with two apartments available - rent both if a few of you."

  • A Fun Stay for Us with the Kids

"This Machiya house worked out well for our family (4). We wanted the children to get a sense of what it must be like to live in Kyoto. By staying in a Machiya house we felt at once part of the neighborhood. The house is well located, clean, and has the basics. The stairs are a little steep but our four year old was able to climb up and down pretty easily. The owner has put in a nice soaking tub into the unit that comes in handy after a day of walking from temple to temple."
