  • a peaceful place to stay with great views

"Excellent & quickly responsive service from the owners! The unit is very clean & well equipped. The availability of the Canada National Parks pass was a very pleasant surprise - we used it on many days. A very peaceful place to stay; great views of both sides of the valley from the front room & balcony. Hope to make use of it again!"

  • Superb accommodation

"This accommodation exceeded all our expectations - equipped with everything (and more) that one would need. Entertainment included television, games, books, and obviously free Wi-Fi. Appreciated the personal touch and thought given to make our stay as comfortable as possible! The views are spectacular and stores within walking distance. Whenever we travel to that part of Alberta again, this would be our number one choice. I would recommend this condo with pleasure."

  • Amazing Mountain Vacation Home!

"Our family of five truly enjoyed our stay at Eagle Point! The three bedroom, three bath layout provided plenty of privacy and room for my husband and I, our two college-aged daughters and our young adult son. The amenities were amazing! The home was equipped with virtually everything a family could imagine needing…from high-end appliances and a well-stocked pantry of staples to the tripod we used for our family photo in the back yard. The theater room was a nice bonus. The young adults in our family really enjoyed watching movies in the evening. The view from the back deck and hot tub afforded a wonderfully relaxing mountain atmosphere for my husband and I while winding down at the end of each day. The location of the house was ideal. Situated in Canmore with fantastic mountain and wildlife views (we saw a bull elk outside the master bedroom window), Eagle Point was close to a nice selection of shops and restaurants, yet it was in an area that was not as crowded or as busy as Banff and Lake Louise. Since our stay was during the summer, we spent a lot of time hiking and looking at wildlife. Again, Eagle Point was ideally located to enjoy the Banff and Lake Louise areas. (Dave and Emma provided a National Park pass which expedited our entry into the park areas as well as saved us daily entrance fees.) We drove the Icefields Parkway all the way to Jasper. The drive was incredibly scenic, and we were fortunate enough to see black bears, mountain goats and elk on the drive. We love the Rocky Mountains in the U.S., but this was our first visit to the Canadian Rockies. Our impression of the area was that the mountains were more majestic and the wildlife more plentiful than anything we’ve ever seen before. We have been home less than a month and we are already talking about going back. I highly recommend Eagle Point as a wonderful vacation experience!"

  • Welcoming & Homey

"Mackenzie Creekside is a fabulous condo in the heart of Canmore. It is so cozy & welcoming we felt at home instantly. There are many homey touches with photos & Tartan throws and beautiful artwork done by the owner & her father. One could simply relax by the stone fireplace enjoying the view through the large windows and not go anywhere. It was very quiet & peaceful with no noise from the traffic or train. The view is spectacular! We were blessed with incredibly nice weather for Feb & were able to sit on the balcony with a mountain view at every angle. The location was perfect, being able to just walk to the main street & shops, cafe's, restaraunts as well as grocery stores, we felt a long way from the big city! We mostly made our own meals in the large kitchen with anything you needed in untensil's provided but there are many top end restaraunts within walking distance. There are also plenty of places to choose for a daytrip as well like Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnson's Canyon..and so much more. Having the use of a park pass makes a big difference. We hiked to the lower falls at Johnson's Canyon....being winter it isn't an easy trek but well worth it! Thank You Leanne for sharing all of this with us. We'll definitely be back! "
