  • Excellent value on a nice condo

"Unit was as advertised. Very comfortable condo. Heated parking was great in cold weather. Hot tub was great when weather was good. Great location for getting to Banff, Norquay, Sunshine and Lake Louise. The condo is in Deadman's Flats which is remote from Canmore with very few amenities near the condo. Cell phone service was sketchy; WI-FI was slow, especially on weekends so Netflix did not work. Couples and families with young children we met seemed to love the facility. Might not work with teenagers."

  • Excellent Pet Friendly - High Quality Canmore Condo

"We recently stayed at this property in Canmore and were very pleased with the quality of the accommodation and the price. The condo is on the top floor in what I believe is a timeshare area, which means that there are other facilities if you want to use them. The main appeal was being able to bring my 2 dogs with me, and even though the condo is on the 4th floor, there were no problems taking them up and down to the apartment. There are lots of paths nearby and a field for ease with the dogs. We BBQ's on the veranda and generally relaxed in this beautiful area with fantastic views. We were going to stay at a motel in Banff, but this was cheaper and so much better in every way. Thank you for a fantastic stay!"

  • Love to knit

"North of Centre is the perfect choice for a fun friend weekend. Our group had a wonderful time knitting and hiking in the beautiful setting surrounding North of Centre. This was our second time staying at NofC and our group of six plan to make it an annual event. I am always so impressed as to how well equipped NofC is. Every amenity has been considered and provided. You can head to North of Centre with just your luggage and something to eat and everything else is ready and waiting for your arrival. Thank you for another wonderful weekend North of Centre!"

  • Welcoming & Homey

"Mackenzie Creekside is a fabulous condo in the heart of Canmore. It is so cozy & welcoming we felt at home instantly. There are many homey touches with photos & Tartan throws and beautiful artwork done by the owner & her father. One could simply relax by the stone fireplace enjoying the view through the large windows and not go anywhere. It was very quiet & peaceful with no noise from the traffic or train. The view is spectacular! We were blessed with incredibly nice weather for Feb & were able to sit on the balcony with a mountain view at every angle. The location was perfect, being able to just walk to the main street & shops, cafe's, restaraunts as well as grocery stores, we felt a long way from the big city! We mostly made our own meals in the large kitchen with anything you needed in untensil's provided but there are many top end restaraunts within walking distance. There are also plenty of places to choose for a daytrip as well like Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Johnson's Canyon..and so much more. Having the use of a park pass makes a big difference. We hiked to the lower falls at Johnson's Canyon....being winter it isn't an easy trek but well worth it! Thank You Leanne for sharing all of this with us. We'll definitely be back! "
