  • Comfy cabin at the base of the mountain

"Six of us, all in our early 30s, had an absolute blast staying here while we snowboarded in Revelstoke for three days. The chalet was well suited to start and end our days on the hill. Sleeping accommodations and bedding were top notch, plenty of room so long as a few don't mind sharing the bunk bed room. The two bathrooms allowed everyone to quickly shower up each day. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies/cutlery/etc. The ski/mud room complete with gear dryer was just the ticket to take care of our equipment. A perfectly quiet location with a mere 5 minute walk to the gondola. You need to drive to get anywhere else in town, but after a grocery trip what else do you need?? The town even has a beer delivery service. No complaints, would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

  • Very comfortable stay

"We were a family of 5 adults and a baby, stayed for the Victoria Day long weekend. The place was very clean, complete with bathrobes, towels and soap. It's at a walkable distance to the town. Amenities were clean and in excellent condition. Would recommend, would stay again !"

  • Highly Recommend!

"Our family of 9 just spent a wonderful 10 days at Dayspring and surrounding area. The home was spacious and very comfortable. It is on the west side of the lake so no afternoon sun but that was OK because the weather was so hot. While there is water access, it is not a beach per se but rather rocks from which to jump/dive, which is a lot of fun. Not suitable for young children; but there is a pebble beach about 5 min walk down the road. Kaslo is about 10 minutes drive away - good for groceries, ice cream, and a semi-sandy public beach. One thing, however: the picture of the 'tea house' at lake level, while advertised on this site as seemingly part of the vacation rental, is actually not available but rather is for private use by the person living on the ground floor/downstairs of the house. We had everything that we needed at Dayspring and I highly recommend this to others for a family/group vacation home. It's a great spot for relaxing as well as a terrific base for exploring the area."

  • Great stay at great resort

"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the powder lodge. We are nervous when booking a place we have never been to but were very satisfied with the result. Its very fairly priced for what you get, actually its inexpensive for what you get. We loved the privacy, and the outdoor hot tub was a great way to sooth the first ski of the year. It was cold on the resort but would like to come back in the season."
