This rental made our stay in Nelson super relaxing!
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this suite for our week vacation in Nelson. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking, the bed is super comfy, and the shower is awesome after a long day of play in the snow. Not to mention the zen-like stream that runs next to the property. Incredibly relaxing! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay in Nelson. Looking forward to our next stay!"

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The photos don't do justice to the obvious care put into the place. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hammocks on the front porch were a really nice addition. We relaxed with our coffees and watched the hares gathering on the front lawn for their morning breaky :)
The beds were very comfortable although difficult to get into and out of (bare feet on the ladder was nat fun). The towels and wash clothes also need changing as they were sour smelling when wet."

"My family of 4 (with two teens) spent a week at this lovely house. The covered and heated deck is amazing with incredible views of the West Arm of Kootenay Lake. One could spent all day on the deck relaxing but the lakefront location is perfect for kayaking, paddle-boarding or floating. One can easily walk to the public beach and rent kayaks or paddle boards at incredible prices from a non-profit organization. The neighbourhood is quiet and you're not far from downtown. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Dave, who takes care of the property, is very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this property for absolutely anyone who wants to relax and unwind. If you love bread, le soleil levant has amazing bread and baked goods, while Oso Negro has great coffee. Make sure you bring beach towels and an umbrella if you like the beach as it gets hot in July and August. I hope to be back sometime...
Pros: Location, deck, view, kitchen, space, beds, amenities"

"The Lodge offers really everything you could want, it's wonderfully clean and comfortable and the setting is beautiful and quiet. The location is was perfect for us, between Slocan and Nelson with good trails within walking distance. The views from almost all the windows in the house is wonderful, especially from the upstairs bathroom. Our hosts, Pam and David are wonderful, friendly and knowledgable of the area and always eager to help if required. The lodge is perfect for those simply looking for a comfortable base to explore from, or those that may want to spend some quiet time in this quiet setting. I would encourage anyone to stay at this lodge in any season."
