"As advertised and perfect location for lots of skiing! This is a large bungalow that has been renovated, providing us with lots of space for our group of 10 to spread out. You will not likely be skiing in or out this season due to lack of snow, but it is only a 2min walk up the road to the gondola. Big kitchen and large cozy living room, c/w nice wood burning fireplace. We moved the larger TV up from downstairs to enjoy bowl and the world junior hockey games. Dining area accommodated 10 people and ruckus games nights well. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and such, appropriately sized for many people to be working collaboratively on diner/mixing drinks together. Separate exterior/interior heated gear room was perfect for all our ski stuff. +/-6 person Hot tub is wonderful after a hard charging day on the slopes...what a view! Only minor comments are the wi-fi was not working when we were there, and the wood was damp and required drying by the fire prior to catching alight."

"We had a great time skiing in Revelstoke and really enjoyed the Powder Suite. The heated floors were wonderful as was the well equiped kitchen. We liked the open concept and the modern bathroom. It was good to be close to the hill and also the town.
We did spend hours watching netflix but after a long day skiing we felt we earned our 'loafing' time.
Riley was very helpful in getting us in and settled, he was also very responsive if we had any questions before and during our stay.
I would love to go back next year with a bigger group and stay in the main Powder Chalet as well as the Powder Suite"

"My daughter, with two children aged 8 and 5, and I used Powder Chalet as a base for a week's summer holiday in the Revelstoke area. It was a perfect choice. It had lots of character, plenty of space, was well-equipped with everything one might need - and the owners were delightful and helpful. We enjoyed meals on the back deck, and the fire pit for toasting marshmallows. It is in a quiet but convenient location.
There was so much to see and do in the area - short and full-day hikes with glorious scenery and wild flowers in two National Parks, interesting museums (our musical kids were fascinated by the Nickelodeon), hot springs and aqua centre, adventure and theme parks, railways and history, gondola, ghost towns, the dam, ferry across Arrow Lakes, Rogers Pass, etc. We ended with a 12 kms. hike to Eva Lake - and the kids carried their own backpacks!
We would highly recommend the chalet and the area to a family for a summer vacation.

"We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing and just a couple of minutes from the ski hill. We enjoyed walking through the trails after a day on the slopes. The suite was really nice with a well equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to return soon."
