  • Great Weekend

"We recently booked this property for a family (4 generations) weekend. There was something for everyone. The kids especially enjoyed the backyard and all of the toys. It was well equipped and clean. Blair was very helpful and patient when we had some delays during the booking process. Would definitely recommend this property for a family looking for a get away weekend."

  • Highly Recommend!

"Our family of 9 just spent a wonderful 10 days at Dayspring and surrounding area. The home was spacious and very comfortable. It is on the west side of the lake so no afternoon sun but that was OK because the weather was so hot. While there is water access, it is not a beach per se but rather rocks from which to jump/dive, which is a lot of fun. Not suitable for young children; but there is a pebble beach about 5 min walk down the road. Kaslo is about 10 minutes drive away - good for groceries, ice cream, and a semi-sandy public beach. One thing, however: the picture of the 'tea house' at lake level, while advertised on this site as seemingly part of the vacation rental, is actually not available but rather is for private use by the person living on the ground floor/downstairs of the house. We had everything that we needed at Dayspring and I highly recommend this to others for a family/group vacation home. It's a great spot for relaxing as well as a terrific base for exploring the area."
