"Overlooking the beach. Sweet covered patio room. Charming loft space. Washer, dryer, full kitchen. Lots of windows. If you're in need of a retreat from the world to write your book, an artist wanting some time to work, get some space, go on your honeymoon etc. It's hard to think of a sweeter spot in Canada. And the owner is one of the finest men I've ever met too. If you have any doubts, call me on my personal phone - 780.885.8891. - Tad Hargrave, founder, Marketing for Hippies"

"We stayed at Sowelu for our honeymoon. Such an amazing place. We loved Cortes, Hollyhock, getting oysters on the beach, the wildlife ... wow. The house itself is a work of art and the views are special.
Caz was great and very accommodating, and very respectful of our privacy.
We will be back!"

"A good time was had by all on our annual summer family vacation spent this year at the Lighthouse. A beautiful and private setting with a view of the ocean......which was close enough that we could hear the tide coming in and feel the ocean breezes through the windows at night. The weather was perfect and the sunsets were stunning. The house was perfect for our group of 12...very comfortable, clean and well furnished. The pool was a highlight and the scene of several serious water fights. The young people enjoyed kayaking from Manson's Landing also the site of abundant oysters to pick and clams to dig."
