  • Island Peace

"We were recently lucky enough to spend four nights at Frida's Villa on beautiful Salt Spring Island. Though we spent a lot of time visiting family and attending a wedding, we really appreciate the peace and beauty of Frida's Villa and the opportunity it provided for a quite moment or too. The hot tub was wonderful and beach combing on Beddis Beach was a highlight. The location was relatively close to Ganges and it's terrific Saturday Market. There was plenty of room for hubby and I and three young adults. The villa itself was lovely, bright and clean, the deck was welcoming and relaxing, and the kitchen was well appointed with the tools for those who enjoy making their own meals. And if you don't we highly recommend The Tree House (with live music nightly) and Rock Salt in Fulford Harbour. We were well taken care of with lots of breakfast supplies, delicious coffee (Salt Spring roasted?) and as I couldn't have the welcoming Marguerita, something appropriate was found for me. Thanks so much Tracy and Carl. We hope to have the opportunity to return some day and throw some pottery with you!"

  • Wonderful cottage and facilities

"Our family, with two young children, spent a lovely summer week at Sunset Cottage. The ocean view, gardens, beach access, kitchen, bath and bedroom facilities and quiet location were perfect for all of us. We also benefited from the owner's recommendations for restaurants, kayak rentals, and shops around the island. We look forward to a future visit!"

  • S.S.I.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay on Salt Spring Island. The condo was spotless and fully equipped for family living. It was decorated tastefully and bed linens and towels were lovely. A seafood restaurant, located very close to the condo, served the yummiest fish (halibut) and chips of our west coast vacation."

  • cute and cozy

"We loved our weekend at the little orchard cottage!! The cozy loft was perfect for sunny afternoon naps, and he small deck was great for coffee in the morning and grilling dinner at night. Our hosts had to be away the day of our arrival but arranged for a friend to make sure we were taken care of. Sure, we complained a little on the walk up the hill from Ganges, but it was actually very convenient to get back and forth to town without a car."
