"My fiance and I are from Oklahoma, and we wanted to do something a little out of the ordinary for our honeymoon and we settled on Victoria (which was an excellent idea) and ended up in this loft! It was my first VRBO experience so I don't have anything to go off of, but I can definitely say that this loft was everything I hoped it would be.
Location - PERFECT - we bought some bus tickets when we arrived, and we didn't even end up using them all because we could walk virtually everywhere we wanted to go! The loft itself is beautiful and the pictures hardly do it justice. It's in a gated building and we felt much more secluded than we would have in a hotel of twice the cost... I don't think I even recall seeing/hearing any neighbors. In regards to noise from the street, I would say it's just something you have to expect being in a busy part of town, we definitely didn't have a hard time sleeping!
My only critique would be the the property management company. I informed them about 2 weeks prior to departure that my flight will be arriving around 9 pm (they had never asked what time I was arriving, that I recall), and for some reason they kind've panicked and decided to mail me my room keys to Oklahoma so they wouldn't have to meet me that late in Victoria to get me the keys. The keys didn't make it to OK in time, so I ended up having to hunt down my room key at the airport because they decided to drop off a spare key for me to pickup. Ended up being an extra hour of hassle to find the dang keys, after 6 hours of traveling... not what you want to worry about first thing you arrive to your honeymoon destination.
Again, the loft is everything I could have imagined, just be sure you work out all of your arrival/departure details LONG before you get there! Apparently it's a little too much work to get your client's their room key after 5pm."

"My family and I wanted a spring break getaway in a place where we could relax and recharge. This was exactly what we found in the Tall Trees. Near enough to amenities, but removed enough for peaceful relaxation. The family who own the property were very accommodating and friendly. So much so, that before we left, we alreayd booked our next stay with them. We can't wait to go back!!!!"

"We have rented this amazing property for 7 months. Our comfort and needs have been well looked after by Lynda.
The layout of the house is charming, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathroom upstairs, and a full bathroom downstairs. Very useful when there are many guests staying. The laundry room is large with a washer/dryer and a sink. Great to rinse out clothes after a day at the beach or lake. The faucet outside the front door is useful to rinse dirty footwear.
The kitchen/dining room/patio door to the outside, allows a crowd to move easily. It has the same small appliances that you have in your own home, with plenty of utensils, pots and pans, and crockery. The fridge freezer is large for all your provisions.
All the bedrooms have a T.V.. The living room T.V. is connected to Apple T.V., providing a large selection of viewing when you may need it. However, with the sea view outside, the fire pit stocked with wood, and the gas grill and patio furniture, you will rarely use them.
Lynda's properties are all beautifully decorated. She has exquisite taste which is reflected in all the soft furnishings.
The garden in Cliff House South is well maintained, and even has a fresh herb garden in a box.
Campbell River is an unique place to visit. Our favourite excursions were the orca whale and bear watching trips. From this property we sighted eagles, one humpback, dolphins and seals.
We have been so happy staying at Cliff House South. We look forward to returning soon."
