"My wife and I loved staying here. It's in a perfect location in Tofino. You are minutes from everything you need. The family that owns the house were home while we were there (they are upstairs), but other than a few footsteps, we never even noticed they were there. The actually living space was great. It is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. All we had to do was buy groceries and we were set for our stay there. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Tofino. You will not be disappointed."

"We three couples chose Clayquot Calm for three nights in the first part of November. The location is fantastic looking out over the water toward Meares Island. The sunrises are beautiful and from the spacious hot tub we watched the weather advance and then improve. The home is large, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It is one of the few VRBO rentals where we have not had to supplement the kitchen - other than for food and wine! :-) The property is nestled in the trees and is private and quiet. It is an easy walk into town or a drive down to Pacific Rim beaches and on to Ucluelet. We would definitely return! One recommendation: purchase wonderful bread from The Common Loaf in Tofino."

"Great views, great personal space, two balconies. Security like a bunker! But appreciated, even if it seemed like overkill in a city that is apparently very safe! Couldn't get enough of the view. Appointments were very well thought out. Rules were a bit much, but manageable. Be aware, when two couples are sharing that the second bedroom is very small and the bathroom is through the living room and down the hall. There is one TV for all. There is no a/c which was not a problem for us, but with windows open all the time, it gets pretty noisy, especially about 5a when the trash trucks are working. Your neighbor is the JW Marriott, to help you with mapping. Easy walking to everything. Try 10 acres for a nice evening meal!
We would certainly stay again, we had a wonderful time."

"I was excited to stay at the condo in the Astoria building, but it was not until I actually saw it that I was really thrilled! Central to walking everywhere in Victoria, made it so easy to get around. Two blocks from the Empress Hotel for high tea, a bus ride to Butchart Gardens, walking through the historic district on Government Street, The choices were numerous! This condo is clean spacious and absolutely perfect to stay in! I will definitely come back and stay here again!"
