"We recently stayed at this property when we visited the area for a family wedding. It was a great set up for three couples with each of us having our own bathroom. It is a beautiful house but needs a thorough cleaning (some spider webs, sticky floors and counter tops). We had hoped to use the bikes but one of them had a flat tire and we did not see a tire pump. Overall it is a very nice house and we had a pleasant stay."

"We enjoyed our two week stay in this well cared for older home. The charming cottage is located within walking distance to downtown Courtenay's amenities including shops, cafes and groceries. Situated in a pleasantly landscaped yard, screened by hedges for privacy, we enjoyed the quiet location. The spacious interior has ample room and adequate cookware to prepare meals, bake a cake or entertain guests. All the appliances work well and the bathroom's clawfoot tub is wonderful for relaxing after a busy day of sight seeing. It's a bonus to have laundry on premises. We have been traveling for 15 months, so appreciated the space to spread out awhile. Maureen is always helpful and concerned about her guests comfort. When the temperature dropped below freezing she called to make certain we were staying warm enough. For convenience to downtown Courtenay and local Farmer's Market, this is hard to beat. We highly recommend you give it a try when visiting in the area. If it's not available, we also have experienced the Chocolate Cottage and it is equally wonderful, just smaller."

"Wow, what a beautiful get away. We thank you both Dorothy and Bill for sharing your beautiful paradise with my daughters and I and my daughters boyfriend.
It has been a long time since we experienced such beauty and serenity.
We are all planning our next visit to hidden springs as soon as we can.
Give a great pat to Duke and Daisy, what lovely dogs.
Thanks again for the most memorable time

"Our family has been going to Pearl Point for the last five years; and if we have any say in it, we will be going for the next 20. It is our place of solace; a place to recharge our batteries.
The house is spectacular and the property is gorgeous. There is nothing better than combing the beach at low tide, having a BBQ, cooking marshmallows at the fire pit and then capping the night with a hot tube.
It is perfection!
A crown jewel is a pair of nesting eagles above the property. There is nothing more amazing than waking up to their majestic calls and seeing them soar over the property.
Finally, the owners - Russ and Terry - are wonderful! Kind, thoughtful and truly down to earth, they ensure you stay is the absolute best it can be.
I can not say enough about Pearl Point. It is the go to place for our family vacation."
