"This lovely property opposite Beacon Hill Park more than met our needs, perfectly! The location is close to downtown and only 2 blocks from Cook St Village. This would be an ideal location, if you did not wish to rent a car but there is off street parking, if you do. Cook St. Village has just about everything you would need; groceries, health food stores, drug stores, restaurants and great coffee shops! The suite's location is also off the main traffic routes, so it is also very quite.
The lower suite is wonderfully appointed with everything you would need to make your meals at home. It's as if the owners lived there and made sure you would have everything imaginable to feel at home. We were there for several months, so we prepared many of our meals in the suite. The two bedrooms are nicely separate, if you wanted to share with family or another couple. The furnishings were up to date and very comfortable for longer stays. The gas fireplace was a real treat and the private, side patio a lovely spot to enjoy our morning coffee.
Nancy the manager, was great! Very professional, yet warm and most helpful with anything we might have wanted but honestly there were very few things that needed her attention. This property is a gem and we would make it our first choice, for our next visit to Victoria.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we are missing it already! Susan & Steven"

"We stayed here for a week this summer with 3 adults and our tiny Papillion and found it to be a great location to get away from the "city" but close enough for sightseeing and shopping. Fenced yard so the puppy could explore. Clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, including a cork screw. Situated half way between downtown Victoria and Oak Bay we were able to see both and still take some excursions to the lighthouse, butterfly garden and Cordova Bay. A little far to walk to the sites but not bad if you are fairly fit. Owner is a great hostess but not intrusive. We will definitely check this location for availability next time we go to Victoria."

"We recently enjoyed a lengthy stay at Eagle's Nest in beautiful Sidney BC. This property is very conveniently located near the ferry terminal and international airport for Victoria. The most impressive thing about Eagle's Nest is the view looking out over Roberts Bay straight over to Mount Baker in Washington state.
We were very fortunate to have had amazing weather for the entire two months of our stay which made for great sunrises and we found ourselves getting up early enough each day to watch the wildlife in bay begin the day.
The house is clean and well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. Very good beds and bedding also. The kitchen is bright, large and well positioned to allow for good interaction while preparing meals. The landlord has thought of just about everything in fitting out this beautiful home with all the right amenities. We really enjoyed our time there and have made plans for a return trip next year. Highly recommended!"

"Wow, what a fantastic view from the moment you walk through the door! We were greeted by the owner who was so gracious giving us a tour of the property, a nice bottle of wine and cheese tray. That was such a nice treat that we thoroughly enjoyed. We just wanted to stay there and soak in the views instead of leaving to go sightseeing. The condo is nicely decorated, as it appears in the pictures, only better in person. It is very well stocked with everything you need. Just bring your food and drink. The only thing we suggest is to install some ceiling fans for those unusual heat waves that you rarely have, but had while we were there. I think we brought the Texas heat with us! Other than that we would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our visit to your beautiful Canada."
