"Our party stayed at this location over 4 nights in Sept 2015. We highly recommend this property. It's in excellent condition, in a fantastic location and the parking is readily accessible. Everything is as shown on the website. ChaCha was there at check-in and ensured our arrival went off without any problems. Excellent alternative to downtown hotels."

"What fun! An attractive, clean, quiet condo that is also well located with a nice view. Add Colleen and Don's suggestions and Francis' welcome to the condo and a vacation is off to a great start. We had visited Victoria several years ago but only for a couple of days and promised ourselves that we would return for a longer period. We decided not to rent a car and used the city bus, Hop On Hop Off Bus ( 2 day pass good value), water taxi and walking. Barb's on Fisherman's Wharf and the Old Spaghetti Factory on Douglas were both excellent places to eat ( both easy to reach by water taxi or Hop On Hop Off Bus). Swans was also good and only a little over a block from the condo. China Town is about the same distance. The Butchart Gardens were as beautiful as we remembered (We took the city bus - $5 day pass - about 4 blocks from condo - excellent value). Beacon Hill Park was very nice and relaxing, Christ's Church was beautiful (free tour), floating homes were unique, Royal BC Museum is outstanding, Craigdarroch Castle is worth seeing as is Robert Batemen's Gallery and so on. Victoria is a fun and interesting city and this condo is perfect. It has a great location and is a nice place to return to after a day of sight seeing. After this visit, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The sparkling wine for our 50th wedding anniversary was very good and appreciated. Thank you Colleen, Don and Francis for making our stay in Victoria extra special. John & Sharon"

"Four of us stayed in this lovely condo. Radie from Victoria Royal Vacations, was easy to work with and let us in with ease. It is in a perfect location but it is in the city so the one down side is there is street noise. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We didn't get to use the rooftop area because it was too cold and windy. We did look at it and it is beautiful"
