Exceeded our Expectations!
"My husband and I spent ten glorious days in this suite in March 2015. This outstanding suite has stunning panoramic views (day and night) from every room. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and plenty of dishes, glassware, etc.
The building is situated in a central downtown location, making many of the popular tourist sights (the Parliament Buildings, the museum, the inner harbour, etc.), and a myriad of restaurants and shops, within easy walking distance. We also appreciated the security within the building, and the secure underground parking, with provision for temporary visitor parking as well. The furniture was stylish, and the suite was very cozy and clean. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and loved the rain showers in the bathrooms.
We were welcomed upon our arrival and given a tour of the building, the rooftop terrace, and the suite itself. Radie was very receptive to questions, and attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend this suite."

"My husband and I stayed at this cute and cozy cottage last week and absolutely loved it! The bed was very cozy and we enjoyed watching netflix movies in the evening.
We were very surprised at how close it was to Victoria. I was running a race early on Sunday morning and we had no trouble getting there and it was only about 15 - maybe 20 minutes away. It was also very easy to get around; it would be difficult to get lost.
The owners were wonderful and we had a great time visiting with them. Even though the owners house is close by the little cottage is still very private. The gardens and the pond were lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and having coffee and wine. It was very nice to be away from the busy-ness of Victoria but still very close by car. The Butchart Gardens were also just a few minutes away and were spectacular! Highly recommended.
This cottage, as well as Deborah and Dave, were absolutely wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip."

"Myself, husband, bother (all late 20’s), sister (late teens), and Mom and Dad (50’s) rented the home for a little over a week in mid-June. The home is just as beautiful as the photos suggest. The landscaping and interior are lovely. The location is quiet and has convenient to downtown Victoria and major roads to other areas on the island. The six of us had plenty of space. When we weren’t exploring the island, we spent most of our time on the decks overlooking the water and utilized the canoe several times. Lots of wildlife can be enjoyed from the house; we were lucky enough to see seals, otters, raccoon's, a marmot, lots of heron, and a bald eagle who was fishing just outside the cove (bring binoculars!). Pat was very helpful and lovely to work with. We highly recommend this home."

"Thalassa Point more than exceeded our expectations. I read all of the reviews and talked with one of the owners and was just hoping the place was close to what the pictures portrayed. The pictures couldn't fully portray how beautiful this place is. The manicured grounds are absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained.
We happened to spot some otters playing in the water by the dock and a raccoon gingerly making his way to the top of one of the trees.
I was so glad I chose Thalassa Point over a place in Victoria because the weather is quite different where this is located. It would be very windy in Victoria and calm at Thalassa Point. We had some magnificent sunsets during our two week stay.
Our hosts thought of everything. It was like stepping into one's own home. Complete with comfortable beds, bathrobes, great showers, a variety of body soaps, shampoos and conditioners, the guest quarters were perfect. With TVs in every bedroom, along with two more in entertainment areas (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs), plus a wireless printer available for our use, our entertainment and technology needs were fully met. There were also plenty of dishes, pots and pans and utensils for our use in the kitchen.
Our hosts, Rob & Mark were outstanding. You can tell they have put a lot of hard work and care into creating such beautiful grounds and an exquisite home for their guests.
If you want to come for a wild weekend experience, this is not the place. But if you're looking for peace, relaxation and beautiful sunsets then this is where I would recommend. I've already booked our return trip for next year. Thank you Rob and Mark for sharing your home with us. It was truly magnificent and we certainly enjoyed spending time getting to know you two."
