Terrific views, spectacular location.
"You won't go wrong renting this beautiful Penthouse Condo on the harbor. A 10 to 20 min walk to the The Bateman Centre, BC legislature buildings, Royal British Columbia museum/IMax, Empress Hotel, etc. The water Taxis are quartered right in front of the Mermaid Wharf Condo and they will take you anywhere for a small($5) fee. The Serenity Harbor View Penthouse is quiet and secure and very well adorned with some beautiful original paintings by the owner. The owners and their manager, are great to deal with."

"Stayed for 8 nights while my son was at the Victoria Royals training camp. I would not hesitate to stay here next time we come to Victoria. Everything is as advertised. Very comfortable and quiet. The view is amazing. Only thing missing from this suite is AC. It was 26-29c all week....but very minor because it cooled down at night.
We were close to everything. Just a short drive or walk."

"This was our second stay at the Juliet, each visit we find ourselves staying longer and longer. Radie and her team are warm, welcoming and efficient. Radie and her team met us at the airport with a shuttle, and gave us directions to help us navigate Victoria while also pointing out some local landmarks. Each suite we stayed in is clean, fresh, spacious and well laid out. We were able to have an amazing view on the 11th floor. The suite is equipped with an in suite washer and dryer and a dishwasher beyond convenient. The fall weather was mild enough that we were able to use the roof top BBQ and enjoy the view. The Juliet is located in the centre of downtown. The building is safe, secure, quiet and so well kept. We were out and about every single day, with everything being within walking distance including some restaurants fit for foodies as well as some charming local shops. We have recommended Radie and her team to our close friends and family, my husband and I are looking forward to our next trip out to Victoria. We will be staying at the Juliet again! Another fantastic stay in a fantastic suite. Thank you to Radie, her team and Victoria Royal Vacations!"

"We love to walk, and we wanted to see downtown Victoria, and we found this Townhome to be the perfect place to stay. Just one block from China town, we cut through every time we went for a walk. There was always something interesting going on there. My wife and I are vegan, and Victoria is the most vegan friendly city we have ever visited. Be Love and Rebar were two of the best restaurants that we have found. And don't leave without taking a whale tour. After cruising with a pod of killer whales, I will never be the same.
The Waterfront Loft was as nice as the pictures. I enjoy cooking, and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with the appropriate cookware for making some nice meals at home. After a trip to the farmers market, we found everything we needed to prepare the food. Frances was very helpful when we arrived and made up feel very welcome. We had a rental car, and it was parked close to the door and very convenient. A two block drive and you are on the main road to the airport. The loft could not have been in a better location.
We are already discussing dates for a return to Victoria. It is a beautiful city."
