  • A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND THE BEST SERVICE FROM THE OWNERS

""Can we stay here forever?" My 3 1/2 year old daughter asked us after being at this cottage for approximately ten minutes! The view was spectacular and this cottage was stocked with everything we needed including kids toys and movies. There is a little storage area under the stairs with toys and she called it her attic and she loved going in there to find new things to play with. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy and all we needed was some groceries. We didn't use the facilities as much as I thought we would we actually ended up going into Kelowna quite frequently but this was definitely a quiet, relaxing vacation spot and I would stay there again in a heartbeat... I actually kind of wish we could have stayed there forever, too. Drinking coffee in the mornings on the deck with that magical view was amazing, and then sipping wine out there in the evenings after the kiddies have gone to bed was just wonderful. We could't have asked for a better view and we couldn't have asked for better service from Cheryl and Claude! Thank you both again for everything!"

  • Lovely property with stunning view from large deck

"Our family of 6 adults loved our 5 night stay here - enjoyed all breakfasts & some dinners on the deck (where the view was endless!). La Casa is somewhat remote, so we made sure to stock up on supplies when in Kelowna. The property is clean, well maintained, fully equipped & has many basic 'staples' available. The owner is very helpful, friendly & prompt in answering queries. I'd recommend taking along movie DVDs if you want to stay indoors to watch TV (no cable channels), but internet reception was perfect. We tried wing night & fish & chip night at the resort restaurant - husband loved the wings (I'm not a fan), but we all agreed the fish was excellent. We went into Kelowna 3 of the days - mainly to access wineries & try fruit picking - it's a road with lots of curves, but pleasant scenery. Fintry Provincial Park is well worth a visit (2 km away). We'd certainly stay here again - that deck view is priceless!"

  • Second time at Celista!

"My husband and I spent a lovely nine days at this clean and cozy suite in Celista and it was just as we remembered it from last year. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need for preparing meals which means big savings on a holiday. Sharon's warm hospitality even goes as far as offering produce from her garden and she was very helpful in answering all questions. The private beach is a definite plus, and the water is clear and warm for a large lake. If you like eating out, Creekside Cafe in Scotch Creek has great food and the amusement park next to it offers children's activities. The Celista winery offers tours and wine tasting for those who are interested. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives who need a quiet retreat or small families who love the water in summertime. Our repeat visit should speak for itself!"
