"I found this condo on VRBO and was a little nervous booking on this site for the first time. When I contacted the owner they were quick to respond and I knew I had nothing to worry about. We came in for a boys golf tournament for the weekend and then my wife and two young boys joined us for a few days after. The condo comfortably slept 4 adults (2 in the king bed and 1 in each sofa bed). The condo was clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay. The view from both balconies was amazing and it was nice to sit out for breakfast and afternoon drinks everyday. It is a perfect location for the adults; close to pubs and restaurants and the casino is right down the street. It was also good for the kids because we were close to the city park beach and also the beach right beside the building. The pool was perfect for the kids. Not huge but big enough for my kids. The hot tub was also nice for relaxing after golf.
The only downfalls I would say is there wasn't a ton of hot water in the morning hours but it was fine after around 9 am. The king bed was super comfortable but the sofa beds are getting on their last legs but they were fine for little kids.
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kelowna, and we plan on trying to use it again next summer."

"This property is located 20 minutes away from the main downtown area on a serene lake setting. It was exactly what we were looking for on our girls trip! In fact I sit on the deck watching the sun rise over the mountains/lake as I write this. It is nicely appointed with what you need to cook, sleep, wash up. We picked up food on our way in the first night. Each day we left to go do whatever we had planned (walk the Myra Canyon trestles, wine taste, Fintry Park, Bear Canyon Park) and then returned for an evening on the deck of reading and enjoying being on vacation! Robert was easy to reach prior to our arrival and answered any questions I had and provided a list of things to do in the area. I would definitely rent here again if I return to Kelowna. I know a previous renter complained about requirements of taking out trash and stripping beds, but I rent through VRBO and other sites rather than hotels on almost all my trips and these type of things are required by 99% of rentals."

"My husband and our 2 girls (4 & 7) and I just stayed here and had a wonderful time! The smoke from the Washington fires drifted in on our second day, so even though we had hot weather this time of year, it did not feel as hot. But even amidst the smoke we still had a great time because of how well Jack and Bal have the place set up. They do such a great job of making the walk out basement feel like your very own cabin, with your own private beach. The 4 minute walk (or 6-7 min for our youngest 😉) was pretty manageable. They have a good walk way with stairs and rocky paths into the cliff to get down. Some young children or elderly may struggle a bit with this walk, or take breaks along the way. The water is beautiful, clear and a nice temperature for swimming. We loved the dock and beach, and would swim to the floating dock and jump off. The natural beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. There is a bit of sand for kids to play in closer to the cliffs. Take the kayakes out! Ellis provincial park has some public beaches just a few bays over. We brought our own paddle boards and headed there for a few afternoons. There is great cliff jumping close by that you could access with a boat or kayakes (or for us paddle boards.)
It was so convenient to have access to the shed on beach to store our girls beach toys, life jackets and paddle board paddles. Jack and Bal also have beach chairs and Loungers on the beach for renters to use.
The suite was wonderful! So well kept, clean, and nicely renovated. The kitchen has every kitchen appliances (pots, cheese grader, pans, cutler, measuring cups etc) you may need for the week, plus more! Even spices which I usually pack! There are beach towels supplied for renters to use. We loved all the beautiful spots on the deck to eat meals and over look the lake, many great sunset dinners!
It is close enough to Vernon that you do not feel to out in the wilderness, but also not too close to the city that it's still peaceful and quiet.
Overall a fantastic place to have family vacation!"

"Great place for a family getaway, a bit out of the way...about 45min from Kelowna. Suggest getting everything you need before starting your stay, especially off season. Cottage itself is beautiful and has everything you'd need. Beautiful views of the lake which is a 5min drive away. Close to pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, miniput."
