"Not too much I can say that has not already been said. This is my 5th year in a row staying in the Penticton area and this place has been my favorite.
Yes it is a bit of a trek up the hill to get to, but there is no other way to get such an unbelievable view! We loved the seclusion of it and really felt the location to be perfect for our needs.
Alix is wonderful to deal with and the amenities were all as advertised - clean, modern, and private."

"My wife and I and our daughter and 11 year old grand-daughter stayed for four nights over the May 2015 long weekend and enjoyed the condo very much. We feel it was excellent value for a very well appointed condo. The owner Bruce and the on-site manager were both great to deal with. The complex is also very nice . Hopefully we will get back there at some point in the future. Thanks John & Trish."

"We had a very enjoyable week at Pam and Brent's in August 2015. My husband and I were there for four days, then were joined by my daughter and her boyfriend for the rest of the week.
What wonderful accommodation. The entire suite is beautifully appointed. From our stand point, I can't imagine staying in a hotel room when we were able to spread out and enjoy clean, beautiful and quiet accommodation - inside and outside.
The kitchen is incredibly well equipped - I can't think of anything we might have needed that wasn't already there. While we didn't take advantage of all of the features of the entertainment system in the living room, others might really enjoy this - especially if travelling with family.
We loved sitting in the back yard in the morning, drinking coffee and reading. There is absolute privacy as the yard is surrounded by 20 foot cedars. If you want to be a bit active, there is badminton equipment. This not only includes a net and racquets, but Brent has marked the court lines on the grass.
They have also provided fold up chairs and sand toys for the beach. Pam and Brent have thought of absolutely every detail to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
As others have noted, the property is in a residential area in Coldstream. This suited us nicely, but may not be suitable for all travellers. Having said this, we didn't have to drive more than 5 to 10 minutes to get where we wanted to be in Vernon. (That's far less than I drive to go to work each day in my home town.)
We had the chance to chat with Pam and Brent a couple of times. They seem to be lovely and personable people. While we didn't have any problems with the accommodation, I'm confident that they would have been more than willing to resolve them for us.
If we plan another stay in Vernon, we would definitely want to return to Pam and Brent's."

"Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay. It appeared that housekeeping had not quite finished cleaning as sheets were on the floor in one bedroom and the trash had not been emptied. Otherwise, the home was just fine. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had either before our arrival or when we arrived.
Our grandchildren enjoyed playing the game room and we all enjoyed use of the hot tub.
A couple of minor points, it would be nice to have a table outside on the patio so one could sit outside and tea drinkers would have liked the teapot to have a lid."
