"We had a wonderful stay at Russell & Christine's suite. We took our friends and there was plenty of room and privacy for 4. A central location to visit the wonderful wineries in the area. The hot tub is great. We will definately visit again."

"This was one of the most amazing romantic getaway locations I've ever experienced. To start with, the location is spectacular. It's tucked into a bird sanctuary with views of the surrounding mountains and Burrowing Owl winery. It's situated on the back of the property up against a stream so it is secluded and private. We went for a run up to the winery and ran through the grape vines one morning. The cabin itself is incredible. It's a beautiful, rustic log cabin with all of the comforts you'd find in a high-end hotel. The decor is tasteful, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bed is super comfortable. One of my favourite parts of staying here was bird watching with the binoculars out the large picture window. The host and hostess are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The icing on the cake was the cutest chocolate lab who loves everyone. I'd like to keep this place as our little secret, but it was too nice not to share."

"This guest house is one of those hidden gems that you hesitate to let others know about but it would be a shame not to share the experience of staying here. Every detail is perfect. The view is spectacular. We could see and hear them picking the fall harvest of grapes right off our balcony. The guesthouse is very private, and clean with a comfortable bed and every appliance and kitchen item you could possibly need. The welcoming wine and cheese plus the breakfast items were such a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"My husband and I rented John's house for a few nights, travelling with my mother and my sister. The house was beautiful - spacious, comfortable, with a well-laid out kitchen, nice beds, cool with the air conditioning, and stocked with board games. The saltwater pool is such a treat after a hot day touring the area. A babbling brook runs next to the house. A fifteen minute drive above Oliver's main street, it's located next to the old Fairview townsite, well worth wandering over to read the information boards and get a sense of the area's history. The quiet roads around the house are great for strolls and offer incredible views of the valley. John is cheerful and attentive without being intrusive.
It was a comfortable home for four adults, but would also be perfect for a family with kids.
We loved the place so much, we are already planning how soon we can return. It would be wonderfully cozy in the winter, too!"
