  • Perfection!

"Upon arriving at this beautiful home, you can't help but be excited for your week ahead. With a group of 16 there was ample room for all-and the kids lived in the pool (as did we!). The house is something out of a dream, and the area was full of things to keep us busy. We will be booking with Cellarsbend again, I can't wait to come back!!"

  • Great house for a multi family vacation

"Quiet area only 5 minutes from town. This house is well equiped and has everything one needs to enjoy a holiday away from home. Comfortable for multi-generational use. Views to die for! Good photos of the property, but the "real thing" is even better. Great yard with sheltered patio. We all loved Penticton. We were there for the Ironman competition - appreciated Orchard House location as it's a little removed from the busyness of the town. Members of our group enjoyed the beach, wineries, fruit stands, Theo's restaurant, Kettle Valley Railway, bike trails, grocery stores, thrift shops and antique store."

  • Thankful for this vacation home!!!

"My family had arrived in penticton and we were planning on staying at the lakeside hotel but they mentioned we had 1 extra person and we weren't allowed the room we requested so we would have had to pay extra for another room, which we didn't want to do since my sister was 13 and we were on a tight budget. We quickly googled where to stay in penticton and we found this site easily and noticed their was a opening until Sunday which was great because that's how long we wanted to stay for, we called the owner who was very kind and understanding for the late booking, he told us everything we would need to know and was a great help. when we got in the house it was nice and cool, it had three bedrooms 1 had a single bed which was perfect because my sister was gonna be sleeping on a couch in the hotel and now she had her own bedroom! we decided to hit the iga market that was just down the street and we grabbed all our groceries, it was nice having a full kitchen to cook our meals in plus the coal BBQ which I loved because I am very scared around propane tanks so that perfected it even more for me, this house was spotless clean and the beds were very comfy. Also for anyone whose staying here check out the creek in the back of the property, we made sandwiches took it on the bridge that goes over the creek and had a nice lunch it was really a good relaxing experience and there's a pathway you can dip your feet in (it's cold but nice ) . Over all I want to say thank you to the owner for his help and keeping the vacation home very clean so last min bookers like us are satisfied. It was a lot more then I would have asked for and a lot cheaper then the hotels that didn't even have a kitchen or more then 1 bathroom, this is definitely gonna be my go to place when we need another vacation it's was definitely a home away from home for my family and I and overall we had a great trip!! I will probably be trying to book again for this summer!"
