  • Perfection!

"Upon arriving at this beautiful home, you can't help but be excited for your week ahead. With a group of 16 there was ample room for all-and the kids lived in the pool (as did we!). The house is something out of a dream, and the area was full of things to keep us busy. We will be booking with Cellarsbend again, I can't wait to come back!!"

  • Great House

"The Yellow House was fantastic. When we arrived Annette came by to make sure everything was all right. The house was very clean and very well furnished. We had a great time and it was so nice to come back to a comfortable house after a long day at the beach."

  • Quiet but Convenient!

"My husband and I and our baby boy had an excellent stay! The location was perfect for us - quiet with a great view of the lake, but very close to town and all the wineries. We really felt at home and relaxed, and would certainly stay again."

  • Great Vacation

"Beautiful property and very accommodating owners. We had a great family vacation and it held our family of 7 and 2 toddlers very comfortably. we had intended on going out to restaurants for dinners but ended up cooking and having all our meals at the house as the place lends itself to cooking great meals and it's hard to leave the pool. What would have made it perfect was if it was right on the lake but the view makes up for that."

Penticton Travel Tips

Penticton Rentals Are Perfect Any Time of Year

As you plan your Okanagan Valley vacation, you should definitely think about Penticton, a pleasant town between Okanagan Lake on the north and Skaha Lake on the south. Staying in Penticton rentals will allow you and your family a true lake vacation. Penticton resorts are available throughout all four seasons and the perfect vacation destination for any Okanagan Valley travel.

Penticton Resorts Offer a Little Something for Everyone

No matter what season you have booked your Okanagan Valley travel, you will have plenty to do. The fish-filled lakes are excellent for fishing as well as boating, waterskiing, sailing, swimming, and snorkeling. There are also plenty of orchards, golf courses, parks, and wineries quite close to many Penticton rentals. So, whether you love the land or the water, Penticton resorts will have something for everyone in your family.

What to Do during Your Okanagan Valley Travel

There is so much to see and do near any of the Penticton resorts that no one in your family will ever complain about being bored. If you love golf, there are 15 golf courses in the area, and of course, all the lakes for water fun. The vast array of hiking trails is also rewarding; you will have the chance to see both local flora and fauna so do not leave the camera at home. If you want a little more excitement, why not go rock climbing on Skaha Bluffs or paragliding?

What You Should See near Penticton Rentals

Regardless of your age or personal preferences, there is always something to see in the area. Penticton rentals are centrally located to many of the area’s attractions. Okanagan Valley travel would be incomplete without a trip to the historic S.S. Sicamous, the biggest remaining steel-hulled sternwheeler. Built in 1914, it is docked next to a fabulous Rose Garden which is sure to please visitors. If you have time, do not miss out on the amusement parks for the kids and wineries for Mom and Dad.
